For the second year I was there and I'm not change my view that the price / quality ratio fully comply with hotels of this class.I had to make up to the final price announced on the booking.com tourist tax of 35 euros. Not really, but I think somehow it right hotel write on the site
Here at mo and the qualms i have are noisy disrespectful people shouting outside by the pool at midnight so cant keep door open and mainly spanish and German not any english.twin beds not double like wanted and the rum i drank is disgusting so stuck to baileys .Hopefully might get better
Rested from 04 to 25 September with his wife and daughter 5 years. The hotel is like a polite and unobtrusive staff. At the reception, all the issues were resolved quickly. The restaurant is always pleased with the delicious food. The restaurant is open a little longer than the set closing time. Really liked the job waitress Carmen. Always I try to choose a table, very friendly and good with children.
the food is good , but I found a stone in vegetables or seafood. staff desperately , barely waiting to get out of the hotel. when I found a stone in the food did not even apologized but had even mocked . rooms have only one electrical outlet in the bathroom and no connections . All in all average hotel with unfriendly staff...
Hotel Pinero Tal, Mallorca 3*. 16/07/16. As most 3* hotels, it is basic but clean. There are nine floors, unsure of total but perhaps 10 rooms per floor, so a possibility of 2000 or more people if full. The Reception staff, most do not have a good grasp of English but after a number of days, I noticed the hotel is used by a large number of Spanish holiday makers. The elderly or disabled might struggle as the bar, swimming pool and entertainment is on the lower level, not available via lifts. Also long steep walk to and from beach; I am neither but I slipped on the pavement and thereafter, we walked in the one-way road. The hotel is very popular with you people or families. On half board, though they will let you eat lunch, instead of the evening meal and lunch can be purchased in addition but there is a lack of lunch time snacks. A small restaurant nearby, will do take away (Hamburgers, toasted baguette etc) 7 such lunches + 4 beers, while waiting €33.5 not bad! Do not be fooled by this all inclusive. There are only certain meal times, no snack and bar closes at 23:00 for A/I but will open if paying guests want a drink; though 23:45 everything closes and no room service but again, it is 3*. Hotel food, has a good selection, of hot & cold for breakfast. Last nights evening meal, was a little hit & miss with our group but you cannot please everyone. There is a reasonable sized pool but if a sun bunnie, choice you spot well, first day we moved three times. There is a holst, by the pool but did not discover how wheelchair users got down to pool. Drinks are reasonable, small water €1.2, large €2, Sangria €2 a glass, bottle of Fexinett (like Prosecco) €7.5. Should you note Transfers or Free Transfers on any of the holding company's websites; do not expect it, take a taxi, approximately €25, or perhaps the airport bus. Everyone will fall for this once, before they learn, so a word of warning: Try to avoid beach sellers, or always establish the price first - before they open a can or bottle, slice the melon or pineapple, you take the bag, watch or sunglasses. Melon Seller ripped of two family; at one she sliced melon (locally €1 for whole one) & slice of pineapple. As they started to eat and tried to talk price, the seller wrote in the sand, €8 each; girl argued, gave €10, expecting change but the seller walked away. Another, foolishly accepted an opened can of coke, gave a €10 note and got €5 back; expensive lesson.
Good food, good location, terrible service and staff. Not interested in assistance to guests. Internet in the hotel pay extra. I asked for lunch pack the day before, but it never got. Explaining that I had not asked. Never again will I stay at this hotel
Hotel rooms needs refurbishing. Food - all from frozen, just few meals was coocked by cook. Food repeated every few days. Breakfast almost every day the same - no taste. Drink bar - poor quality of spirits. To get to hotel from the beach you will have to climb around 300 meters which after few days will be frustrating and really annoying. No Wi-Fi ! If you want this service youll have to pay. Internet downstairs on PC is : 10min for 1€ or 30 min for 2€. If you want a nice holiday you should spend a little more time and try to find something better than this and closer to the beach. Good luck :)
