Feudal villa with noble floors and bathrooms made of high-quality marble. You live in an upmarket residential area and in the beautiful garden you will find a spacious pool, a popular barbecue area and a practical open-air shower. From the master bedroom you can even catch a glimpse of the sea over the large bay of Palma. In summer, the pool remains half covered and can be fully covered and heated on request in the cooler months (at least 1 week before arrival + additional costs). Also the use of the jacuzzi.
