A warm welcome from the staff, arrived earlier than check in time but the staff gave us a room anyway, room 703 looking onto the Main Street. Excellent room with only one very small complaint that the seats on the balcony were very uncomfortable,a nice touch was the free safe and wi fi.food and drink was very nice also. All staff very good.location is perfect.i would highly recommend this hotel.

Pretty much walking distance to everything Palma has to offer. Easy transport links to airport, taxi or bus. Arrived 11pm and staff very friendly and got us checked in quickly. Good, clean room with everything a 4 star should have. Room was quiet despite central location but maybe if you were on a lower floor you would hear the traffic a little. There's a small spa type area which was nice to use. Nobody was there mid afternoon so we used it then and had it to ourselves. The restaurant is fantastic. Good food, fast service and great value. Don't miss out.

Just back from spending 4 nights at this lovely hotel. The location, being 5 - 10 minutes walk from the port, is the perfect location for exploring the city. The bus from the airport stops right outside, so easy for organising your own transfers. Our room on the 5 th floor wasn't luxurious, but large and clean, with a well equipped ensuite. On arrival, the mini fridge had some free, soft drinks and water for us - a nice touch. The only downside of our room was no view from the window! The continental breakfast was plentiful, with a great selection of food, served in the comfortable restaurant. Each evening we had drinks out on the terrace in front of the hotel, where we found the staff to be very pleasant and efficient. There is a very small spa/gym area, with excellent changing facilities.

Recently returned from a 5 night stay at HM Jaime lll. We arrived via the airport shuttle bus 5€ pp, which apparently stops outside the hotel - we ended up getting off a stop earlier. In terms of location, you couldn't ask for a better positioned hotel. It's within easy walking distance to the major sights in the city as well as a 10 minute walk to the sea. The check-in process was straightforward and we were given a voucher for a complimentary glass of cava each, which was a nice gesture. The hotel has unusual artwork and sculptures in the communal areas and hallways. The walls are painted black and the lights are sensor triggered. Somewhat disconcerting when you are confronted by a body-less metal dress right outside your door, every time you open it. More creepy than quirky, in terms of where it is positioned. We had a double/twin bedroom which was spacious enough. It was at the back of the hotel, so the frosted windows meant that it was rather dark. I'm sure the front facing rooms with balconies would be a better choice, but seemed a rather pricey additional cost. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The bathroom was functional with the toilet very awkwardly positioned rather snuggly to the side of the wash basin unit. If you are a fan of hotel toiletries, you'd be wise to bring your own, especially body lotion and hair conditioner. The hotel provides an all in one body & shampoo gel (fixed) to the walls. Other bathroom items consisted of; safety razor, shower cap, small soap, toothbrush and a comb. The fridge was stocked with 5 complimentary drinks; 2x small waters, 1x sparkling water, 1x coke and 1x orange drink - these are not replaced unless asked for, to which you will be charged. The breakfast buffet is served in the bar/restaurant area. It's the usual standard breakfast fare; cereals, fruit, yogurt, breads and selection of cheeses, cured meats and smoked salmon. Hot food consists of eggs, cooked meats and vegetables etc. Hot beverages are supplied from a self-serve machine. The area and layout is a bit cramped and depending when most ppl turn up for breakfast it can be a bit awkward getting to the food. Asides from breakfast, we didn't eat or drink at the hotel. There are plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. There is complimentary wifi but it can be intermittent. Personally, I wouldn't say this is a 4* boutique hotel. It's simply a well located city hotel, which is probably why it's quite pricey.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Palma and although we arrived at 11am, much earlier than the listed check-in time, our room was ready. Location is an excellent. Once you get orientated it's only minutes from the main shopping streets and city centre. The Castle, Cathedral and marina are also only a short walk, including some window shopping I did it in < 20 mins. The hotel itself was brilliant and rather charming. All the floors had completely black hall walls and carpets and at the end of each was a piece of art. On ours was a kimono in metal, seems odd but it worked. Their meeting room/lounge was unique, Has a Great White jumping out of the wall, not something you see in a hotel very often! Our family room was spacious, spotless, English language TV and free WiFi. We were at the back of the hotel so didn't hear any of the city traffic, so looking at a wall of an office block next door has it's benefits! The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice (cereals, fruit, juices, breads meats and cheeses). We did one lunch in the hotel and it was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful. For our next Palma visit we'll definitely be staying in here.

Great 4 star city hotel. Decent looking room and pretty spacious. Clean and serviced daily but be aware that cleaners come and go when they want, which is the only thing I didn't like. Convenient for any part of city centre and taxis are everywhere should you require one. Breakfast was included in my price and above the usual standard of a 4 star. Nice helpful staff. Would return for another weekend.

I've stayed at the Jaime III many times and cannot fault it. The rooms and hotel generally are very clean, the food is excellent and the hotel is in a great location. The decor is fun and quirky. It's located in a quiet part of Palma away from the crowds so it's pleasant sitting outside having something to eat and drink, and a quiet nightcap, served by pleasant staff. There are a number of bars and restaurants popping up in this area if you want to avoid going into the busy areas in the evening. Although it's in a quiet area, it's perfectly located for shops, bars and restaurants which are a 3 minute stroll away. You should have a good nights sleep here - no traffic, bin collection or noisy holidaymakers to wake you up. Do not expect luxury rooms but you will have everything you need and the rooms are air conditioned, light, airy and clean. The hotel represents good value for money.

The hotel is in a very good location, easy access from the airport by bus no 1 ( 25 minutes) , in the city center. The designer of the hotel was more preoccupied by lobby and halls than the design of the room, The room is very big but looks like the furniture does not fit in the very big room. The quality of the furniture is average , creaky bad , the pillows uncomfortable , lack of slippers , nothing special for a 4 stars hotel and quite expensive. The breakfast is very ok , the restaurant is nice. The staff is very ok, we asked for a quite room and we received a quite a room with no view, actually the windows were covered partially in order not to see the neighbors. It was a very friendly new receptionist that recommended us a very nice beach. But there is no soundproof , you can here noise from other rooms or from the hall.

We've made a big deal of complaining when things go wrong, so it's only fair to say when it's as good as this trip. Smooth flight, on time, have to say, Ryan air was just great. Short taxi ride to the hotel, loved the art pieces and the no nonsense check in. Our room was big, air conditioning, great big bed, nice smellies in the bathroom, good mirror. Booked for 3 nights and 4 days, not nearly enough time to do what we wanted. Enjoyed the breakfasts, ordered omelette everyday it was epic. Really pleased with my booking, quality at a fair price. Location wise it was worth even more, close enough to shops and restaurants and bars to be able to come back when we wanted. I would recommend this place to anyone, I liked it so much I am going back later this year.

I wanted to leave a review and say thanks too all the truly lovely staff of hotel HM Jaime and to let other potential guests know that the hotel is modern, clean, and pretty. Our bedroom had a big bathroom with loads of counter space for my belongings, modern glass door shower, the room was an adequate size with a large window that allowed a lot of natural light in, plasma tv screen, and comfy bed. The nice touch of the hotel is the spa's hot tub, really fell in love with that! This definitely is different from other hotels in Palma, it contemporary and cool if you will. Fab time and treatment from everyone.
