Nice hotel BUT please ensure you have printed documents with proof of booking which you can give to reception. We had to email the hotel with a screen shot of our booking on my mobile when checking in.

Overall very good. We arrived 2 weeks ago and was surprised that the hotel had mainly Germans staying there. We met up with our family who were staying with us for 2 weeks on all-inclusive basis. The stay was great. From the reception, housekeepers, restaurant staff were outstanding. The bar staff were lovely and all had a great sense of humour. Their English was very good as were all the German visitors as well. We were pleasantly surprised on how well everyone treated us. The beach is beautiful and we went there a few times. Some lovely local tavernas as well nearby. The only minus complaint is the Wifi, this is too expensive and needs to be addressed as all other hotels we stayed in is free. We would like to thank all concerned for making our holiday complete.

Had 4 nights here and wanted more, clean rooms, friendly staff, large clean underused pool, plenty of sunbeds, just across the prom for a Huge beach, the food is great plenty of choice, we were all inclusive and there was always something different, theme nights were a good taste other cuisine, the bar staff were brilliant so funny and friendly

Hi just wanted to say myself and my partner stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in the beginning of may . Like most people we read the reviews before going , and must admit we were dubious about going as time got near , but what on earth were we reading ! Was it the same hotel ! From the moment we arrived we had the best service from every member of the staff , from reception to the funny bar man , yes it's mostly German , but so what , treat people as you like to be treated , the room was Fantastic with a view to die for , spotlessly clean , the good ! Omg !!! The choice is just unbelievable , no good if your cutting down ! Our only complaint is we shd have stayed longer , fantastic hotel .

Myself and a friend have just returned from a 5 night break at this hotel. What 'First Choice' had failed to mention was that this resort and indeed the whole area is catered only for Germans. (Including the Spanish staff speaking German to you). Upon our arrival, we were one hour early and they would not provide us with even a glass of water on our all inclusive holiday (apparently it wasn't available until 12pm). Now most 4 star hotels usually greet new guests at reception with some sort of drink. We had been travelling since 3am that morning so we were unimpressed. The reception staff were curt and rude, but only to us Brits it would seem. The bar staff didn't serve us at our sun loungers but seemed to for other guests (the German guests naturally). We accepted the fact that the resort was catered for Germans and just got on with the holiday - this was until our last night when we were racially abused by a German in the restaurant. We were enjoying our last meal and minding our own business when a very large elderly 'gent' towered over our table to informed us that we were an embarrassment to the whole resort because we didn't have husbands and that we were the laughing stock of the hotel and apparently even the waitress had mentioned to him the same. I was in total shock and called him crazy and asked him to get away from our table and to mind his own business. He then went back to his seat and shouted abuse to us in German at the top of his voice - the whole restaurant of around 100 guests turned to stare at us in silence. We were absolute horrified and mortified. I have never ever been spoken to like that in my entire life. Not one person assisted us or stood up for us - the other guests just stared at us like we were muck on the bottom of their shoe. Why we were abused, we have no idea. I asked the waitress what the problem was - she ignored us. i then approached the head waiter- he said he didn't know what had caused it. No body wanted to help us or get involved. We asked the German couple next to us what he had said and they informed us that we didn't want to know as it was insulting. I then approached reception to find another German guest complaining about US! - because we had called the guy crazy! absolutely incredible. The receptionist's response was - 'what do you want us to do about it' - i wrote a letter to the Manager and it was also ignored. I was informed each time i asked for the Manager that he was ' not available'. Absolutely outrageous. The next day i complained to the rep and was informed that a similar incident had happened to an English couple the month before. My question to First Choice is why they are advertising this hotel on the site if it doesn't cater to English couples and that this sort of racial abuse happens. It is an absolute disgrace. To the Hotel Manager - please do no respond to this comment about you were sorry to read this review. You were not interested in doing anything after this had happened - you totally ignored us and the situation. I will also be formally complaining to First Choice to ensure English couples do not stay here and put through the same experience.

The hotel needs more staff in the front desk. There was always a line for anything and the staff is obviously overworked. We got a room that was dirty and the toilet had not been cleaned. We went to the front desk and, after making the line, we told the staff and didn't even get an apologize. We had to ask to be moved to another room. When you get a clean room, it is small but the sea view is nice. The toiletries are not replaced everyday. The rooms are advertised as soundproof but you can hear everything that is going on around it. Be aware that there are a lot of tour groups staying in the hotel so you can imagine they will be loud. Also, there is no free wifi. You have to pay per day and per device. The good thing about the hotel is the location. It is less than 10 minutes away from the airport and right across the beach.

We spent one week vacation at Gran Fiesta at the end of April and we all agreed that: - quality of food is very bad, both at breakfast (never experienced such bad jams, tried all of them...) and dinner (fish with absolutely no taste, fresh vegetables no taste in a country that exports fresh fruit and vegetables all around Europe....) - the rooms look very nice with good looking stile but the quality of the material is very poor (leeking showers, windows that do not close, gutter smell in some rooms..) - service is average

The food is good and the room is proper and nice The personal are very friendly The Wifi is not free and is expensive there is a placé and organisation for bikes. The animation for evening was not funny

After enjoying the 'Tropical' - unable to stay there again we booked the 'Gran Fiesta' - this was bigger and better! - spotlessly clean, lovely views from our room, delicious food and a massive pool! - I would highly recommend it for anyone planning to stay in the resort!

I stayed at this hotel as part of a family group holiday. The majority of staff (catering, bar & housekeeping) were absolutely fabulous. However, reception staff could be a bit abrupt at times. Rooms were clean, although when I dropped a glass, I notified reception staff and 3 hours later had to remind them again, and only then was it fully removed (yes, I had picked up what I could). The restaurant food could not be faulted and bar prices & service were great. My main gripe was the lack, or rather the inconsistency, of hotel information. I was only advised by a fellow traveller on my last day that there was a 3€/night charge for use of the room safe?? 1. I have never heard of being charged for a rooms amenities (other than mini bar of course) 2. At no point did the hotel staff advise me of this charge or provide written information re same. Most of my fellow travellers were also shocked to hear of this charge. When I approached reception staff about not being informed I was told "Oh well, that's our prices". I know it's not a lot to pay for peace of mind but....that's my gripe!!! Other than that, a nice hotel.
