Good bits .Overlooking harbour, 2 mile walk into old town. Efficient and polite staff. Nice rooms, great view at front of hotel. Not great bits Hotel food bit pricey...eg bit of bread with couple of pieces of ham on it....14 Euros....Dining in at hotel restaurant pricey too. Beer (not a pint ) 6.5 Euros.... G and T.....forget that....sell your kidney

Staff is best I have seen in any hotel in Spain. 5 star service 5 star rooms 5 star food If you don't want to pay for 5 star service you might want to look for another hotel. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at !!!

The view of the Harbor is fantastic, close for a walk in to Palma, lovely poolarea and free towels is nice. Buss nr 3 outsider the Doors for beach and to Playa Espanya. Lovely restaurants in the area.

Visited with two girlfriends for a special birthday. The hotel is really superb, wonderful setting. We had a triple garden terrace which was huge and well equipped for three girls sharing!! Breakfast and service excellent. Only slight downside was waitresses at the pool were miserable and rude and clearly favoured the male guests, but a wonderful stay despite that and would definitely return and recommend.

His is a stunning looking hotel in a lovely area. First class hotel, lovely staff, fully equipped room, fabulous food. The choice at breakfast is the best I've ever had. There is everything you could want. Lovely pool area overlooking the harbour.

The Melia Victoria is a nice hotel and well situated on the front, between the main Marina & the Port (where the cruise ship come in). It's a 20 minute walk into the old part of Palma, which has most of the shops & of course restaurants. The hotel has a great out-side bar overlooking the second marina. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and one of the best we have experienced. The only draw-back is that the pool and sun deck back's on to the main road, so until 'siesta' time it can be a little noisy - but after 13:00 it quietens down.

The location of the hotel is excellent; marvelous views from the spacious rooms overlooking the port. The terasse-cafe and the bar are a safe bet and the overall atmosphere is right. Attentive personel and good services make your stay comfortable. However, prices are steep and all bed pillows are uncomfortably hard (polyester?), not acceptable in this hotel class.

Love this hotel, it is so luxurious and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The pool area is full sun all day, there always sun beds and fluffy towels, the breakfast is fabulous and there's plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity or it's a 15 min walk into Palma or a 5 min taxi ride (6 euro) . The sweetest thing is when the male staff see you they place their hand on their heart. We will be back again (for our 5th time)

From the moment we walked through the door to reception to the moment we left, everything was first class. The staff were all very helpful and immaculate in their dress. We paid for a room upgrade due to the reason for our visit and the hotel not only discounted the cost but treated us to a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. (Thank you) The room was spacious with a huge bed, the balcony view was not brilliant but we weren't there to sit on the balcony all day. I joined the "Melia Rewards" prior to going and this gave us a 20 euro spend per day from any of the bars. Great touch. Breakfast was very good and plentiful and the setting was perfect. I would recommend anyone to this hotel and would certainly return on my next visit to PALMA. Thank you to the staff and management for a wonderful stay.

Located within nice walking distance from the old town, this hotel is a very good choice for a couple looking for a few days of relaxation in the sun with its excellent pool area and great service. Our superior room wasn’t large but the overall standard was ver good including the bed. Magnificent breakfast.
