Winter in Malaga
Very well appointed with all modern appliances and well stocked with everything needed for our stay. Superb location for the old town, sea front, local bars and restaurants. Tomas couldn't have been more helpful. However, the surrounding area could do with tidying up and cleaning and be aware that this is a ground floor apartment with few windows and a small, enclosed terrace. The cool and shade would be welcome in summer but a bit disappointing in winter.

Excellent property. We enjoyed our stay.
The property has been newly rennovated and is conveniently located. Layout is very good. Beds were comfortable. Climate control was fully functional. All necessary supplies were available. The area is very quiet and safe. Moving-in and moving-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. We were allowed to drop off luggage before official check-in tiime at no extra charge. There is a supermarket nearby so we could get fresh bread every morning and all essentials. The only downside is that there is no dedicated parking spot. We were lucky getting a spot on the same street during the1st night and were not so lucky on our last night. We had to use nearby garage and pay something like 18 Euros for 1 night. The original ad was not very clear on parking. Otherwise everything was great. Tomas has been super helpful and friendly. We would 100% recommend this property and Tomas! Please mind that the street where the property is located and the nearby streets are very narrow. You need to be very careful driving there . We would recommend using Uber or Taxi getting arround Malaga, especially if you were lucky to get a parking spot next to the property.
