Located in the renowned central neighborhood of La Victoria, our cozy apartment offers an unparalleled experience in Malaga. Just a 10-minute walk from Plaza de la Merced, Teatro Cervantes, and the Birthplace of Picasso, and less than 5 additional minutes to reach the Alcazaba, Calle Larios, and the Cathedral. The beach is only 2 km away, allowing you to reach the sand in a leisurely 15/20-minute stroll.

Our home is situated next to the beautiful Church of La Victoria, an iconic temple with a rich history that adds a special touch to your stay in the city.

This lovely apartment is perfect for couples or families seeking accommodation in the heart of the city: a conveniently located, tranquil, and practical spot that facilitates exploring all corners of Malaga. Located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, the apartment features 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), a bright living-dining room with a sofa bed, and two large windows that allow abundant natural light. The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and other amenities, along with the laundry area, adds convenience to your stay.





As in all CLEF Málaga Apartments, you will find the following services:

⭐ Beds will be made up 🛏️ and we will provide one set of towels 🛁 (bath and hand) for all registered guests.

⭐ There will be shower gel 🚿 and toilet paper 🧻 for a few days (please keep this in mind if your stay is longer).

⭐ Check-in time ⏰ is from 4:00 p.m. 🛂 and check-out is until 11:00 a.m. 🚕.

⭐ To receive your location 🕹️, arrival instructions ✅ and key codes 🔑, you must complete the guest registration form 👮‍♂️. We recommend doing this as soon as possible to avoid stress upon arrival:

This is mandatory in hotels and tourist accommodations in Spain. All data is sent directly to the Spanish Security Forces. CLEF Málaga acts only as the online data manager. When you make your reservation, you will receive a link to share with all guests. Each person must complete their registration in 4 simple steps:

1.1 👩‍💻 Fill in personal information using your ID or passport.

1.2 📸 Take front and back photos of your ID document.

1.3 🤳 For security purposes, guests may take a selfie holding their ID or passport. This image will be automatically deleted once verified.

1.4 ✍️ Sign the registration form and contract.

⭐ Additionally, if your reservation is made through a platform other than Airbnb, you must pay a damage deposit 👩‍💻🏦, which will be refunded after check-out (within a maximum of 7 days) once everything has been checked. ⭐

Request the secure payment link or our bank details to make a transfer. Please send proof of payment by email 📧 with the subject “Deposit + your reservation number”, or through the platform’s message service.

Please inform us of your arrival and departure times ⏰🚕 to avoid delays. CLEF Málaga requires guests to communicate their estimated arrival time at least 48 hours in advance. We also need to know your expected check-out time (no later than 11:00 a.m.).

🧹🧼 Extra cleaning during your stay: includes sheet and towel change. The fee will be the same as the final cleaning stated in your booking.

Various: excursions 🎫, taxis 🚕, bicycle rentals 🚴, etc. Prices are set by each provider and quoted before confirmation.

✅ Do not leave food in the kitchen that could cause bad odors 🦐.

✅ Dispose of garbage in the nearest outdoor bins.

✅ Leave the keys in the same place where you collected them (inside the locker or inside the property) 🔐.

All CLEF Málaga apartments require compliance with the following rules:





🚬 Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If you smoke outside, please do not throw cigarette butts out the window. Damage to a neighbor’s awning could lead to a claim.

🐶 Pets are not allowed unless expressly authorized. If permission is granted, an additional fee per pet and stay will apply.

🥳 Parties and events are not permitted.

🗣️ No visitors are allowed.

At CLEF Málaga we value good manners and respectful coexistence 🌍. To maintain a good relationship with neighbors, please be kind and considerate.

Access to the building and the apartment must always be done with appropriate clothing, dry, and without beach sand on your feet 👚 👕.





⭐ GENERAL INFORMATION ⭐





Construction noise or external works: The property is located in a building shared with other owners. Unexpected works or noise from neighbors are beyond our control and CLEF Málaga cannot be held responsible.

Linen and laundry: All sheets and towels are professionally washed, dried, and ironed in an industrial laundry, guaranteeing 100% cleanliness and hygiene. High-quality products are used and washed at over 60°C. Please note that certain stains may appear due to chemical reactions between cosmetics (tanning creams, makeup, etc.) and detergents (active oxygen, bleach, etc.).

Reservation modifications: Changes are accepted within the free cancellation period, subject to availability.

Office hours: CLEF Málaga’s office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On weekends, our team handles urgent matters and issues related to your stay. For administrative questions, please contact us during office hours.
