A beautiful, quiet and spacious apartment in the historical centre next to Picasso House and Plaza de la Merced. The apartment consists of a large open plan kitchen/dining/living which opens up to a wonderful terrace with nice views and two separate bedrooms with a luxury bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and everything needed for cooking. The apartment has been fully renovated with an elevator and is perfectly located.
