D-1 Studio with terrace and views
The studio is located on the second floor of the building, with a terrace for exclusive use, but which serves as a passage to two other accommodations on the same floor. It is ideal for 2 people, although another two can sleep on a sofa bed. It is close to an area of bars, restaurants, supermarket, shops, pharmacy and bank. Suitable for those who come with a car, because there are free public parking spaces on the street, right in front. In summer they are usually free all day, in winter from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. also. There is a bus stop just 50 m away. and the Baños del Carmen beach is 1 km away. The historic center of Malaga is about 3 km away, and the bus goes directly to the center.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and an ironing board.
