The hotel room was clean and was big to accommodate 4 people. Staff was very nice and helpful. Will definitely choose this hotel if were to come back to melaka for short getaways. Hotel is close to shopping mall, jonker street and food location.

Room was clean and staff were courteous. Not able to get World News, in English, such as BBC. CNN etc.. Great location to walk 20 mins to Jonkers Night Market. Hard to find Chinese, Indian, and European restaurants around. However, the local food are fantastically nice!!

Overall this hotel is okay. The pool is really disappointing and the kitchen extraction fans run above it, which is really loud and hard to relax. The pool seems to be quite poorly ventilated as there was a smell of damp and wallpaper peeling off a lot of walls throughout. The breakfast is great, the staff and location are really good too, but they need to open windows in the pool area. Our ceiling also kept dropping an odd white powder on the floor

Staff were always very helpful and courteous. Our room was good, better if there was a small table to sit and have coffee. Water pressure in shower was excellent. Minor negative was that the in room from fridge was more like a cooler. Breakfast was good, but not necessarily for Western clients eg no yogurt and only white bread. But there were Malaysian options which were very nice.

The staff is super friendly, and the breakfast was okay. The room is spacious and clean, but the lobby, corridors, and room have a strong mold smell. I hope the management team can take care of that.
