The booking site said breakfast included, it was not. The booking site was misleading with respect to room facilities, no bathroom, and tea and coffee was in separate area. Bed was small and uncomfortable, with springs looking into us. Extremely noisy ( very loud music and patrons)until 1am, then for next hour till around 2am, drunken patrons in the street outside our window were extremely loud, yelling. Only 2 of the staff were friendly, most were scowling and barely acknowledged any greeting. Overpriced for extremely basic accommodation. When I complained about the false advertising, I was told that it was the fault of WOTIF.

Friendly staff, fairly clean rooms except for the occasion bugx2 i found in the room. Carpet is old but clean. Beera fantastic, fridge clean! Kitchen sink clean, toilet/showers clean!

Around it was good having travelled many miles to be told we were minutes to late to get a meal was really disappointing empty kegs being knocked over in the alley outside our room at 3am rather annoying
