Villa Oasis is an exclusive villa just 50 minutes from Madrid – spacious, elegant and fully equipped.
It is spread over two floors, with the living area and leisure area clearly separated, and features a spacious outdoor area with a variety of different settings.

UPPER FLOOR LIVING AREA

The main entrance leads into a spacious and light-filled living and dining room with a fireplace, a sofa bed and a 75-inch television. A large glass window opens onto an outdoor terrace overlooking the koi pond and its waterfalls, providing natural light and a sense of spaciousness.

The property also features a home automation system to control blinds, lighting and outdoor features.

On this floor there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The master suite features a king-size bed (2x2 m), fitted wardrobes, a sitting area with a fireplace and a 75-inch television, and a bathroom with a bath. The other two bedrooms, each with a 150 cm double bed, have fitted wardrobes, a 55-inch television and share a full bathroom with a shower.

The fully equipped main kitchen is organised around a central island and has all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. It also provides access to the outside.

The entire upper floor is fitted with oil-fired radiators and air conditioning with a heat pump, ensuring an optimal temperature all year round.

LOWER FLOOR LEISURE AREA

The lower floor is dedicated to leisure and wellbeing, with access from both inside the house and the garden. It features a soundproofed room with a pool table and bar, as well as an open-plan space combining a lounge and an additional kitchen. Using a folding screen, the lounge transforms into a private cinema with reclining armchairs and a surround sound system. This space also features a 150 cm sofa bed and a fireplace.

On this same floor is the private spa, equipped with a Finnish sauna, a rain shower, a separate bathroom and a dressing area.
The entire lower floor is fitted with oil-fired radiators and air conditioning with a heat pump, ensuring a comfortable temperature all year round.

OUTDOOR AREA

The property is designed to be enjoyed in a variety of settings.

The garden features a spacious multi-level swimming pool with an integrated hot tub, a sun lounger area with parasols, as well as a covered area with a bar and an outdoor sound system. This area also includes a treehouse and an outdoor toilet with two toilets.

During the colder months, the pool water remains approximately 5 °C warmer than the outside temperature, allowing it to be used in spring and autumn.

The property also features a large terrace with an outdoor kitchen and a fully equipped barbecue area, complete with a wood-fired oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area with tables and chairs.

At the top of the property is a Balinese-style wooden chill-out area, with both covered and open-air sections, connected by a bridge to the koi pond area. It also features more secluded spaces designed for moments of tranquillity.

There is on-site parking with space for up to 4 vehicles and several separate access points with code-controlled entry, ensuring convenience and independence during your stay.

HOW TO GET AROUND

To reach Villa Oasis Madrid and get around the area comfortably, we recommend having your own vehicle or a hire car.

The villa is located in a peaceful and secluded setting, making a car the most practical option both for arrival and for getting around during your stay.

The journey from central Madrid takes approximately 50 minutes by car, while Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport is around 45 minutes away, depending on traffic conditions.
