Renovated apartment, very clean and spacious, with a modern and minimalist style. Very comfortable accommodation, located at street level, with direct access and without stairs (except for the Gym which is in the basement).

It has everything you need to make you feel at home if you travel to Madrid.

The house has three rooms distributed as follows:

- A large double room of 20 square meters, with three single beds of 90 x 190 cm and a sofa bed of 90 x 160 cm, side tables with touch lamps with USB for mobile charger, large wardrobe, Smart TV with WI-FI , mirror, air conditioning with heat pump, electric radiator, with a large window that fills the space with light, and lock on the main door for greater security and privacy.

This private room is a single apartment that offers great privacy, and is ideal for families or groups of friends up to 6 people. It also has a private en-suite bathroom with shower, the room gives access to the Gym, this room is for the exclusive use of guests, it is located in the basement. There is also a 7 square meter room with two single beds of 80x190 cm and an electric radiator.
