We enjoyed a 2 night stay. The hotel was clean, good size rooms, and comfortable bed. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They had the railroad map available and explained the routes. The hotel is in an industrial area so there are no restaurants or stores nearby. We ate dinner both nights and had a good light meal. Plenty of parking at the hotel. You can walk to the railway but we drove however we found the parking was an issue, the weather may have contributed. Overall a pleasant stay.
It seems we got low cost room although we paid the price for regular standard room. There was no normal window looking outside but directly to the concrete block of the hotel itself. In the bathroom you could see that the water was leaking from the floor above, the temperature water in the bathtube suddenly changed from hot to cold and opposite, receptionists not very kind, holes in bed sheets, very limited breakfast without eggs etc. Good Wi-fi, possibility of parking on the street without extra costs and not far from high way
Hotel is on an industrial Estate. We stayed on a Friday night and chose to use the ample car park rather than on the road and first impressions on walking in with all four of us hot and tired was yes looks good. Was busy so slow check in and this was the theme for the rest of the evening, people checking in, wanting food with minimal staff. However can't fault staff, food and the room. Our room was made up already for us 4. Breakfast again good, typical HIX but no complaints. Don't plan to go for a wander about if you stay here though not much to see. Overall good place for a out of city stop over
Staff really nice. Facilities perfect. Situated on an industrial estate but reasonable walking distance to cercanias line C5. Would use again but as location is not 'touristy' probably 2 nights maximum.
My family and I enjoued our stay in this hotel. Paloma recommended a great restaurant (El Rincon de Rick) that was close by (7 minute drive) and we loved it. Dinner was very good as well at the hotel. Parking was easy as well for our rented car.
Holiday Inn Express Madrid Leganes is a very convenient hotel, just at M50, a highway that surrounds Madrid which links a lot of highways from major cities from Spain. The hotel has good value for what you get. A surprise was the restaurant with a simple but very good menu. Rooms are spacious and quite. Good option
I spent one night in this hotel as I had business in the area . I would recommend this hotel if you have a car as it is not in the center of Leganes and in the middle of an industrial district . The hotel has its own parking but I didn't use it as I got to park in front of the entrance on the road . Hotel is clean and rooms are good , everything you expect from a HIE , there is some tear and wear signs in the rooms but everything was working and clean . Wi-Fi signal is good and connection stable , the complimentary breakfast is also good and better than in other HIE in Spain . Overall a good value for the price in this area outside Madrid !
I stayed there for three nights and everything was ok with no problem. The room was clean, bathroom the same. You can use tea set for free. The staff was nice and helpful. For breakfast there is an ample selection of food and in the evening, except Sunday, also operates the restaurant. It's better to go thjere by car because the hotel is located quite far from the centre. But the railway station is abou 15 minutes on foot. The journey to Atocha takes about 20 minutes and costs less than 2 euro.
Overall this hotel is a good value. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and neat. As a bonus the breakfast are good and the hotel is close to good shopping. If you are a business traveler you should be aware that this hotel fills up with families during the weekend.
Stayed at this hotel for two nights, the staff are friendly and very helpful, nothing it to much trouble. The room is well appointed and clean with everything I needed. Would I stay here again yes. The station is a 15 to 20 minute walk. There are a couple of restaurants in the town square stoichiometric are very reasonably priced.
