An over 20 hour flight delay landed us here. It's out in the boonies, it seems. Roo so not large but sufficient, with kitchenette, table and 2 chairs, storage space, good lighting though switches are a guessing game. Bathroom is fine, No toiletries except soap. The staff has tried to be helpful and were sympathetic to our circumstances. They have a restaurant that serves meals. Lunch and dinñer were buffets. Plenty to eat, can find something you like. No
we picked this hotel because of closeness to the airport & airport shuttle. The staff recommended to reserve a regular taxi, because airport shuttles come with an additional price in the morning. If you book through booking.com you pay a bit more, but might get the shuttle service for free.
Thousands of olive trees around the country side.The hotel near airport but not safe.One lady got her hand bag stolen from our hotel premises. Rooms good and comfortable.Spanish lunch and dinner excellent. Pasta with wine and olives was amazing.
Where to start. €200. Tv is practically on the floor. Bedroom has 2 twin beds and one of them blocks the closet doors. The mattresses are hard. Wanted to call the front desk to ask for a wake up call (no clock radio in the room) but there was nothing on the phone or in the room to tell you how to call the front desk (or anywhere else). Ended up getting dressed and went back to the lobby to get my wake up call. Only outlets visible are on the wall across from the foot of the bed so you have to put your phone on the floor when charging. Shower head sprays water all of the place including all over the floor with the half shower door glass. Would not recommend unless you are at the bottom of choices. On the positive side, the room was clean.
Rooms are decent but the services are poor. The toilet roll was not topped up. We requested directly for it from a lady handling the trolley containing the toiletries as we did not need room cleaning. We were told it is not allowed and have to request from the reception. When we asked the receptionists if this was normal, they said because the person we spoke to is not the boss. So, the boss has to be the one to give the permission instead of training subordinates on the rules and guidelines? This did not sound reasonable and the request took ages. We would not have selected this place if it wasnt part of the tour package.
Well, they call there most shitty rooms suites... But if you don't wear shoes in your room your white socks will be Black, no fridge, no Service, rude stuff, and on and on and on. Honestly just don't go here camping would be better!
We stayed here for two nights; the first and last of our holiday. We booked a family room for two adults and three children. The hotel is close to the airport by car and seemed to have an airport bus also, as groups were arriving by bus as we were checking in. The hotel is very big but we didn't notice any noise either night. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There are vending machines on the ground floor where you can get drinks or snacks. A mini-bar in the room was already stocked with some complementary bottles of water, which was nice. The beds are very comfortable and rooms have TV and air-con. The Plenilunio shopping centre is less than 10 minutes away by car (about an hour walk according to Google Maps) and has some very nice restaurants and shops there. Check-in can be a bit slow; luckily we arrived just before a large tour group, but no additional staff arrived to speed up the check-in process.
I traveled with my family and had to stay our last night close to Madrid's airport. It was late when we had to get the hotel and didn't have much time to check reviews so we found this hotel that seemed reasonably priced, clean and had a free shuttle from/to the airport. My first surprise was that the shuttle (if working) is not free. They charge you a per person fee (even though the nearby hotels don't). By the time we found this out it was too late (11PM) and too late to cancel (the night was already paid for). When we got to the hotel and told the front desk staff about their misleading website (including OTA websites) about having a shuttle, they just said it doesn't say free (it doesn't say it is more expensive than a taxi either). The next surprise was when they charged me a fee for a third person in a room. When I made the reservation, I clearly selected 2 adults in one room and 2 adults one child on the other room; and got the same rate for both rooms. However, they said that they cannot give me the room for that rate since I have a third guest (we are 5 in my family) so they charged me 19 Euros extra. I asked them to waive the fee since I had made the correct reservation and also due to the shuttle issue, but the front desk staff is as unfriendly as I have ever experienced. They didn't care about their guests, they just wanted to get the check in finished. The hotel looks like it was designed to be apartments or dorm rooms, but definitely not a hotel. At the end with the cost of the shuttle (from and to the airport), the third person fee the hotel ended up being much more expensive than the Crowne Plaza that is located less than a block away and looks really great and has a free shuttle. Never staying here again.
Went there on business. Awful location since all the area is under construction. Traffic: just collapsed. Hotel staff is terrible. It seems like they have the worst job in the world. They are close to mistreat customers. Ugly. Rooms are small. Clean. Please remember to close your windows at night. Otherwise you will have to hear other guests screams while they get laid. You can hear toilets flushing and the elevator's engine. Definitely I will avoid this hotel in the future. Food is just boring... Weak buffet pretty expensive. By the way, they have internet. Yay!!!
The awfulest attitude towards clients. Run away before you make a reservation here! My mum made a reservation on booking.com and in less than 1 MINUTE she cancelled a reservation because she didn't chose the right option. The hotel immediately withdrawn the full ammount - almost 600 euro. We wrote one letter with an explanation of the situation - no answer. The second letter - no answer again. And only after the third letter they deigned to give a dry answer that they won't give a penny back! I really can't understand this kind of attitude...We were extremely kind to them in our letters, we asked, we explained that they just couldn't lose clients in that MINUTE we had cancell the reservation. So, I can say this is the type of the hidden FRAUD. Even managers from booking told us that NORMAL hotels always give money back and they told that THIS HOTEL has a mark not to have any dealings with. So, people, please, choose another hotel to save your nerves and money!
