They Welcomed us and our dog in the most friendly way possible ! Even went out of their way to help us with our pet's meal! If you are ever stuck in Madrid due to flight cancellations or missed connecting flights Don't Hesitate to accept this hotel! Restaurant is very good and the staff are very pet friendly

The apartments are small but clean and well sound proofed. The buffet was weak. There is nothing around, only other hotels. The hotel has a swiming pool but you need a pool cap. There is a transfer to and from the airport 24h.

We were held up leaving Tenerife so we missed our flight home from Madrid. AirEuropa set us up in this hotel for the night. We had no idea what kind of hotel this was going to be, but we assumed it wasn't going to be the Ritz! We were right! Not an elegant or posh hotel. Very basic in amenities. Fine for the night, just not as close to the city as we would have liked. The pictures on other people's reviews are very accurate. It can be a bit of a maze if you get a room further back in the hotel. Breakfast was included, but it felt like a restaurant at an amusement park. Probably 100 people in there all trying to get service, coffee and food. It was a bit chaotic! I think there were three tour bus loads of people in there!! It was about a 30 Euro cab ride to Plaza Mayor. Not cheap, but once inside the city it is quite beautiful. If you have a morning flight the traffic is a bit crazy! The shuttle provided by the hotel got us there in time, but it was close.

Just came home from a forced stay at the this Tryp due to Iberias notorious delays. We were assigned a room for 4 people and given the 'dinner' voucher. Still with hopes of a decent sandwich or pasta to compensate a bit for the stayover. However, just to find a lousy buffet that had been sitting there for probably 6 hours and by now was cold - and dead. To go with this there was cold water only. A disgrace. Well we had a water and went up to the room. OK beds, but just two towels and a quarter of a roll toilet paper. Lamps not working. I guess management is far away from daily operations or they are just being replaced as I write this - if not it is about time - now I just see a fellow traveller calling it 'The Iberia hotel of Shame' well said and so true!

Horrible hotel ! Smelly . Late diner you got meat can't even cut it , staff at the check I. With attitude . Only water to drink as you are disrupted too . I mean even having a ticket C/cal and being ORO . That's the deal to be disrupted with IB ! Costumer service missing ! Hate it

I would find it hard to believe anyone would consider staying here if not sent there because Iberia messed up and had to give you a hotel. The bus from the airport took well over an hour to start moving towards the hotel and in the meantime the Hilton bus came and went four times! The check in was horrendous and the staff were totally overwhelmed with the “heavy” from security having to stop fights breaking out between the scenes of chaos. We did not get any evening meal but those that did called the food repugnant. The paper bag snack for breakfast was simple, unappetizing but in fairness was just edible. The room we were given had inadequate curtains, we had to have just single beds and they creaked and squeaked if you moved at all . They are also very small , like a dolls house I thought. The room key did not work and had to be redone by the staff who in my opinion were useless. If ever I was in the same situation with Iberia again I would refuse to be subjected to something so poor.

The hotel looks like an abandoned college dorm in a third world country. It is away from everything, nothing near in the vacinity. The only restaurant in hotel aaz HORRIBLE. We didnt eat the food. The food tasted lkle frozen microwaved food. The staff was very rude, the receptionist especially. The beds are extremely uncomfortable! STAY AWAY from tbka hotel. Never coming here again

look for my points, and figure it out. Unwilling to help, neither te recepcionist or the Director at the time og checking. I will never recommende this hotel for my passengers, we my wife and I work in the airlines bussines.

The hotel is in a horrible area. Nothing to do, very far from the metro or eating areas. They have one restaurant on site and it's bad. We arrived at the airport of Madrid and to our surprise the shuttle was not free. We had to take a taxi. The hotel says it is 5km away from the Airport but it was 14.1km. Iratxe was super rude to us and was not helpful at all. We told her our problem of the false information of shuttle Pick up and distance and she don't care didn't want to help. Do not stay at this hotel. It is horrendous

This hotel offers accommodations with a bedroom, bathroom and living room. I stayed in the junior suite and I enjoyed my stay. The also have swimming pool and restaurant which offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have a shuttle bus for 9 euros during the morning and a little more expensive for night service. I suggest anyway to hire a car because madrid is huge and the distances are huge too.
