We only stayed one night as a stopover point, but the location was nice - close to dining. Check-in was simple, apartment was clean. Communication with host was flawless. Downstairs shower did not drain and you had to turn the water on and off during shower so as not to overflow the base pan onto the floor which was sub-par but not that big of a deal.

The host was amazing and communicated often. The overall place was not what we expected, felt slightly dirty to be honest. They did provide a welcome basket of goodies, which was very nice. The kitchen setup was very odd, as well as the downstairs extra room. You could barely move around the bed downstairs, and I’m a very small person. Location was great overall. The noise outside kept us all up the entire night and it was a Monday night. It worked for one night but I would have been disappointed if this was where we stayed our entire trip.

Amazing place, absolutely impeccable and the host left more than enough: coffee, milk, cookies...even some beer and wine! The location is great within a nice residential neighborhood in Madrid, close to anything you would need and just an uber way from all main attractions in the city.It was just 3 of us and we loved it!Thanks Ivan!

Pasamos 3 noches excelentes. El departamento es. Muy bonito, sencillo y funcional para una familia de 5. Funciona todo perfecto. La ubicación nos resultó muy buena. Cerca de mercados, centro comercial, todo tipo de servicios y de medios de transporte. Se agradece mucho la disposición de Ivan quien nos atendió en todo momento.

The apartment was very clean and just as shown in the pictures. The host is very quick to communicate and accommodate, and did everything possible to make us feel at home. Even surprised us with a little welcome basket! Would highly recommend staying here. It is in the city and therefore can hear some city noice, but nothing that keeps you from sleeping peacefully! Would stay again for sure :)

Our stay here was great. Ivan was an excellent host and a great communicator. He allowed us to check in a bit early when our flight was super early. We liked the location as it was more in a residential area. Easy to check in.

Bien situado. Fácil comunicación. Anfitrión excelente, todo fácil y rápido y muy detalloso (las dos cervecitas y el vino de bienvenida un plus, además de los avíos para desayunar y café. GRACIAS). Appartement propre mais équipement strictement minimum dans la cuisine. 2 serviettes pour 3 personnes alor qu' on paie aussi à la personne. Chambre et salle de bain en sous sol . Aucune vue nulle part. Petite TV ridicule au dessus d'une porte. Propriétaire rentabilise au maximum. Mais du vin et du lait....
