La habitación no es ni parecido a la foto de Expedía, es una habitación tan pequeña que ni ventilación tiene, espacio súper reducido e incómodo para dos personas, puerta de la habitación y del baño en mal estado, costaba abrir esas puertas, lo único rescatable es el baño, aunque son compartidos, tienen buen aspecto, la ubicación si es buena, pero uno quiere llegar a descansar y esa habitación no ayuda al relajamiento, como sugerencia deberían de quitar ese closet que no aporta nada, y dentro del mismo había un edredón de mal aspecto porque parecía estar sucio y puede ayudar a verse más espaciosa la habitación.

ESTAFA! Nunca pude entrar en el alojamiento. Escribi diciendo que era probable llegar tarde y cuando llame el mismo dia me dijeron que cancelara por booking que ya no habia nadie que pudiese darme la llave. Me dejaron tirado en Madrid un viernes. Al dia siguiente tambien tenia reserva, entonces pregunte si ya si podian darme las llaves, nadie respondio a mi whatsapp ni a mis llamadas. Reclame a hoteles.com y solo se puede hacer poe chat. Dijeron que me llamarian en 24 o 48 horas y no lo han hecho. Simplemente Facua ha respondido bien. Una vez llegue a mi ciudad pondre una denuncia en facua y en la policia.

¡ENGAÑO! La ubicación NO es la indicada (queda al norte de Sol) pero el verdadero problema es que se trata de un ALOJAMIENTO COMPARTIDO cuando se publicita como privado. Te contactan a pocas horas de la entrada para decir que la dirección es otra y no dan opción a cambio con tan poca anticipación.

Estafadores

Es una estafa. O de hoteles.com o del hotel. Lo anuncian como apartamento independiente, y te llega la conformacion de habitacion. Lo peor es que no es reembolsable. Hablé con hoteles.com y me dijeron que no pudieron contactar con el hotel. Tras muchos esfuerzos y peleas directamente con el hotel me confirmaron que era un estudio independiente solo para mi. Una hora antes de hacer el checkinn me indican que habia habido un error y que la direccion no era la correcta, y que era una habitacion en un apartamento compartido. Una tomadura de pelo. Tuve que amenazar con ir a la policia para que me cambiaran otra vez de direccion y me alojaron el un apartamento compartido pero con baño privado. No entiendo como hoteles.com anuncia este tipo de establecimientos. En España se llama estafa, y es un delito. Pero te lo dicen cua do ya es imposible hacer una reserva en otro hotel.

Estaba muy bien, todo limpio la habitación muy amplia con una cocina. Cerca hay una parada de metro por lo que muy cómodo para ir al centro de Madrid
