The hotel is a bit smelly, the room they originally gave us wa for smokers do it smelled awful, they changed us to a new one immediately however the whole hotel smells bad. Beds were terrible.

You have to telephone to be picked up at the airport Breackfast is very good

Booked this hotel as I had an early a.m. flight back to the states. THe shuttle to the airport was on time and the driver very helpful. Good breakfast, front desk staff also very helpful. The room was ok, but wasnt looking for extravagant lodgings. Was perfect for what it is...a hotel that has easy access to the airport.

We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the airport as we had an early flight out the next morning. The hotel is typical, near-the-airport type, in a business park area with not much of interest around it. Grounds look a little shabby and the carpets in the lobby areas were downright filthy. Staff was unfriendly and bar staff was completely uninterested in serving us the very expensive drinks they had to offer. Rooms were good, clean, and comfortable, though. OK choice for hotel if you are just staying the night and want free shuttle to the airport. Otherwise, I would select another spot

Five of us chose this hotel as a spot for a quick overnight to catch an early morning flight from Madrid back to the States. First impression was that the hotel was a little run down. Outside areas looked grimy and rugs in the lobby were positively filthy. That said, the room was pleasant and pretty clean - created a better impression than the lobby. Hotel is not near anything so dining and drinks had to be at the hotel bar which was relatively expensive and had servers that obviously did not want to wait on us. If you are looking for an OK place just to rest before an early flight, this hotel is fine but more than one night's stay would not be recommended.

This is a very comfortable and modern hotel located between the airport and city center. I liked the convenient location. It is not city center and for tourism you might want to find something more central or located near the subway, but for late airport arrival or departure it is a great hotel. Rooms are comfortable, wireless internet is free throughout the hotel and is fast. They have a free shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was not included for me with the Orbitz rate, but the gigantic buffet is well worth the 12 Euros.

There are several large businesses near this hotel (such as 3M) so it could be that they primarily cater to business travelers. We were traveling on vacation and it was just as nice. The hotel shuttle didn't show up so the front desk paid the 10 euros for us to take a cab to the airport -very nice.

The room was very clean and confortable. Free airport shuttle ,very good buffet breakfast and free wi-fi in the rooms. There is a bus stop near to the hotel or you can walk about 15 min in order to take the metro.(the cost for the bus or the metro is 1 EURO).

Great and clean room! Wonderful breakfast.

I needed a hotel near the airport for an early morning flight back to the States. They have a free shuttle service from and to the airport every 30 minutes; it worked out wonderfully! The buffet breakfast was excellent (they had all kinds of pastries, cold cuts, eggs, bacon, ham.....)the room was spacious, clean and modern and of course, the staff was very pleasant! Overall, my stay was great. I will be using this hotel every time I'm in Madrid!!!! Good Job!

We have been waiting 40 min for a shuttle bus. The receptionist after our arrival was unhelpful. When asked about possibility of the breakfast box ( we had to leave the hotel at 7 am next day) she said that it s not a 5 star hotel therefore she is not obliged to provide special arrangements. The dinner in the restauarant was not really tasty. The room we had on the 5th floor was tiny but clean. However it was stinky in the bathroom.MOrover it is not really that close to the airport, certainly there are better hottels offering both better price and service. I will never come back to this hotel...

The staff was friendly and professional but the did not cater for modern traveller accessories for non-Europeans ie 110 volts connections for phones, laptops, etc
