Friendly staff, picked us up promptly from the airport and had return shuttle service on the half hour for our departure. Room was clean, comfortable, and well furnished.

Enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located to the airport. The shuttle was timely and helpful with the luggage. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Also very quiet.

Stayed one night before a morning international flight - hotel staff was very good scheduling the shuttle, assisting in printing boarding passes. Restaurant was reasonable priced.

Lovely room- clean, nice linens, friendly, bilingual staff. Terrific way to wind down before travel from Madrid. Easy shuttle to airport with no worries about being on time and the traffic of Madrid. Definitely would stay again.

This hotel was very nice. The staff here is what gives this hotel the good ratings. The staff really helps you out and they always smile and greet you. The only problem I encountered was with the hotel shuttle. The shuttle that picks you up from the airport took a lot longer than expected but it's a free service and at least you get a free ride to and from the airport. The gym is very small so make sure you are not looking to workout on your trip.. i mean you shouldn't on vacation. I recommend this hotel it has all you need. It is not very close to all the popular locations but the metro is right around the corner. Once you master the metro routes you go anywhere you want and on the cheap.

We were challenged with traveling around Spain with 3 adults and a 17 year old child and 7 large pieces of luggage. The hotel room gave sufficient space and comfort for all of our needs. The hotel airport shuttle service was a huge blessing and was needed on 4 occasions during our 2 nights of stay. The hotel staff was ready to ask any question we had and allowed us space to organize and store our luggage after our check-out time.

Two twin beds put together each bed is made up separetly so is uncomfortable to roll from one bed to the other one they should have full size beds, other than that everything is great friendly an helpful staff breakfast is good, subway is very close by .

I really liked Maydrit Hotel. There are several pionts why I recommend this hotel. 1. Location. It only located about 10 minute shuttle ride from airport terminal 1-3. Add extra 10 minutes for terminal 4. Hotel located in very nice quiet neighbourhood and only 5 minutes slow walk to metro station. It's the Green line and it will take you to Madrid center in 25 - 30 minutes without changing train. 2.Hotel is very clean. Rooms are large and cosy. Bed is large and very comfortable, Bathroom is super clean. There are two sinks, that is very convenient for couples. Climate control in the room work without any problem. 3. Breakfast. It's only cost 12 euros. You will get wonderful variety of cheeses, hams, pastries, breads and hot and cold drinks (tea, coffee, espresso, mocha, chocolate and juices). Of course the usual bacon, fried and boiled eggs, toast and cereal are there too.Fresh and dry fruits. In conclusion I would really recommend Maydrit Hotel. It a great value for your money.

Location is great. Took just a few minutes to get to the hotel. Staff was AMAZING. They helped me with everything I asked for. The room was clean, specious, and with all the little extras, even the chocolates. It was easy to find the metro from the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

good trip nice hotel barcelona won gggggggggggggggg ggggggggggg hhhhhh

We booked this for a good night's sleep on a 12-hour overnight in transit through Madrid Barajas. It was perfect. Close to the airport with a courtesy shuttle. The room was large, clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

The shuttle was 15 minutes late. Check-in was smooth and painless. Handover passport and credit card and get room keys after signing the registration from. Modern room looks and feels great: LED reading lights, constant temp shower. Open bathroom with separate toilet stall and shower. Free Wifi and room safe. An extra kids bed requested was already in place and ready for use. Food in the lobby cafe was decent but pricey. Try the baby squid starter. Service was extremely slow. Quick checkout in the morning and the shuttle(has to be reserved in advance) left on time.

This was a good quality airport hotel with a pool and outdoor area and was located close to a metro stop with easy access to central Madrid.

We came to madrid by train then took the metro to "El Capricho" station. The hotel is 1.5 blocks away from the metro, really close and very easy to find. It has a huge HOTEL sign on the roof you can see from far away. An airport shuttle can be reserved as you check in. The actual drive is about 10-15 minutes. The hotel is very modern with large room, huge flat screen TV and a very modern all-glass bathroom with glass doors. Beware: the bathroom door and shower door are glass!

I reserved this hotel because of it's proximity to the airport and free shuttle. Unfortunately, we had a flight which required a 3:30 am departure to the hotel, and the shuttle does not begin until 7 am. It cost approximatley 20 Euros to get to the hotel. In addition, the internet/wifi is not free, but charged at 10 Euros per 24 hour period. I was disappointed that the stay here actually cost 30 Euros than I was expecting to pay - for the taxi and for the internet.

They did not honor the shuttle time service, and left me stranded at the airport on sunday night. The staff were completely rude and useless. They ask me to contact Orbitzz to settle the shuttle service issue, at a very untimely time..... No wonder the Europeans say Europe starts at the Pyrenees... This is the very best example of the third-world service you can find in Spain... Madrileños motherfuckers....

Very friendly employees at the front desk, great location with easy walk to Metro, modern, comfortable rooms. Airport shuttle was not running mid-day (only morning and evening and they ask that you arrange ahead of time), so I took the public bus -- very, very easy. Was surprised they were charging 10 Euros for 24 hours of wi-fi.

Not a great location if you want to visit Madrid easily, but great for a quick trip to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything at this hotel was modern, and even the bedding smelled fresh and clean. Hotel dining prices are high and there are only a few places within walking distance (OK, but not a gourmet dining experience). We had some issues with the morning shuttle, but they were quickly resolved. Just make sure your shuttle reservation is made early and clearly notes the number of people you are traveling with.

We enjoyed Maydrit very much; it was modestly luxurious at a very decent price, and had a lovely cafe with outdoor patio. The pool was tiny, but nice. The kingsize bed was very comfortable and the staff fluent in English and helpful. Also, close access to subway allowed my wife a quick visit to the Prado, though we were only on a night stopover.
