Nicely renovated apartment

It’s beautifully renovated and at a good location. The person checking us in indicated extra sheets are provided for the pullout bed in the bedroom closet. They weren’t there and didn’t respond to us until the next day in the afternoon and after 2 requests to respond. I was then told that we would have to pay extra for them. The master bed sheets were questionably clean. My son found hair and crumbs in them.
