Worth it

Had a very comfortable stay. The guy at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was decent too. The only thing that I did not like was this weird smell in the hallway of the 3rd floor where my room was. There's wasn't any smell in the room though.

Would use again

Very basic but great staff and clean rooms and canteen area. Only issue with the room was there were no wardrobes so it wouldn’t be great for a long stay. But for a few nights it’s great.

Nos pusieron en habitaciones en plantas distintas y no las que habíamos solicitado alegando un completo en el hotel que claramente era falso ya que se sitúa en un polígono industrial al que hace falta acceder en coche y el parking estaba casi vacío.

Aspectos que no tiene sentido: Habitaciones sin teléfono, tampoco había indicativo para llamar a recepción. Cuando se realiza la reserva se debía tener en cuenta que cuando se trata de dos persona, la habitación asignada no tuviera litera encima de la cama, entraña un riesgo de darse golpes, siendo que la reserva se hizo 3 meses antes. Otro aspecto que resta calidad y prestigio a la compañía: el/la recepcionista hace de limpiador/a, camarero/a, encargado/a del buffet, reponedor, etc. Cómo lo hace cuando hay salidas. El baño no tiene una simple escobilla. Los restos que quedan en el hinodoro dan una sensación desagradable para el que entre después, se genera un gasto de agua inecesariamente por cada vez que se descarga la cisterna a partir de la segunda vez.
