If appliances don’t matter to you..
Communication was lacking. We rang the bell when we got there and no answer. The neighbor let us in. But we had the code for the lockbox to get our key so we didn’t need much after that. No communication from the property manager other than the initial info to get in.
The place had everything we needed. The kitchen was difficult to cook in. The stove is so close to the refrigerator that the pan doesn’t actually fit on the burner. And it doesn’t get very hot so cooking food was a challenge.
The washer/dryer was a mystery. We tried to figure out the settings but it just has obscure pictures. No instructions anywhere and I couldn’t find anything online for that unit. We gave up and went to the local laundry mat.
Wish there was a door to the toilet in the master. No separation there was a little awkward.
And the hallway smelled of garbage. The trash area is right at the end of the hallway and so the hallway always smells. But the unit didn’t so that was good.
Beds were comfortable and place was clean. Small shops were just at the corner for easy access and the grocery store was only a block away.
