The hotel is ok to stay few days in Madrid but you must need to have your own transportation. There is not walkable streets to take bus or train to the center of Madrid.

Great place to stay outside Madrid. Very clean. Staff is friendly, the food is adequate. Only complaint truly is the fact it is so far from the city and there is NO PLACE in walking distance from here to go eat or shopping. It is a very industrial area.

Totally Misleading

The information on the hotels website was totally misleading instructing us to get off staggering metro stop and informing us that it was a short distance from the said stop. In reality we had to travel a further 5 stops on the metro and then take a taxi ride costing 15 euros to reach the hotel. The misleading information resulted in an extra 90 minute extension to our journey. This hotel is not very easy to find.

The hotel is amazing for the price. Fair warning though, it does not have a kettle or tea and coffee in the room, nor does it have complimentary shower gels etc. Also, here is another warning: it does have a bus that takes you to the town of Madrid. However, you have to cross a very busy highway and walk to the bus stop. Moreover, it takes a person about an hour to and hour and a half, to get to the hub of Madrid (Puerta del Sol)

Total dissappintment. The walls were very dirty in the halls. In the room. Outrageous. Got this hotel as it said total remodeled well, never again. I have never seen walls as dirty and not painted. Not even to mention the very bad cigarrete smell all around the halls. Elevators etc. Distance to town will cost you 13 euros just to get to the train station. Very bad experience. The only excelent thing was the staff that were very pleasant and helpful. Nothing else. Book anything else.
