This bright and well-decorated studio is located on the ground floor in the very center of Madrid. Though it’s a studio, the layout is generous and thoughtfully designed, with partial room separation for privacy. It includes a double bed, a sofa bed for extra guests, and a fully equipped kitchen with Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, washer, fridge, and more.

The space is both stylish and functional, with a modern finishes that make it ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small groups.

Guests will have access to:

Stay right in the heart of Madrid! The apartment is surrounded by local cafés, bars, restaurants, and shops. You’ll be just a short walk from some of the city’s most iconic spots like Gran Vía (5 mins), Puerta del Sol (10 mins), and Plaza Mayor (15 mins). Whether you`re here for culture, cuisine, or shopping, everything is at your doorstep.

The location is unbeatable when it comes to connectivity. The nearest metro station (Chueca) is just 3 minutes away, making it easy to explore the rest of the city. You can walk to the most famous attractions, enjoy Madrid’s vibrant neighborhoods, or hop on the metro to quickly reach places like Retiro Park, El Prado Museum, or Atocha Station. Everything is close, yet the studio remains quiet and peaceful for a perfect night’s rest.

The accommodation is located on the first floor with direct access from the street.

It is a spacious studio, but it has separation doors in the kitchen and sleeping area. Giving more privacy.

It also has a large private garden outside.

The total area of the property is 40m2.

Please note that due to its central location it is possible to hear noise from the street.

The property is equipped with an aerothermal radiant heating and cooling system, an eco-friendly and energy-efficient solution. The system operates through the floor and is designed to maintain a consistent indoor temperature. However, it does not allow for a significant drop in temperature, as it is not comparable to traditional air conditioning.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
