The master bedroom has a balcony, two beds measuring 90 x 200 cm, a walk-in closet with ample storage space, and an en-suite bathroom with a spa bathtub and hydro-massage shower.

The second bedroom also has a balcony, two beds of 90 x 200 cm, two large wardrobes, and a private bathroom with a hydro-massage shower.

Additionally, there is a guest toilet accessible from the hallway and one of the bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with complete cookware and everything needed for cooking. The dining area features a large table measuring 90 x 200 cm, extendable to 240 cm, and includes a smart TV. The TVs are set up so you can comfortably enjoy your favorite series or movies after a long day of work or study.

Included appliances: washer, dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, extractor fan with three motors, Krups Dolce Gusto automatic coffee machine, double juicer, blender, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron, and hairdryer.

Ok fornwhat it is.

They had us pick up key at their office which was 4 long blocks away from the apartment up hill. After taking cab from airport this was additionl cab ride. Make them meet you at the property. No elevator to the apartment. We were not told. Not a problem if you dont have luggage which we had so it was a big issue. Toilet in second bedroom did not flush properly.

Great location, terrible plumbing

The location and size of the apartment was great! Sadly one of the toilets didn't flush, neither shower worked, and the tub had no hot water. Despite being dirty for our stay, we had a lovely time in Madrid staying here!
