Overall it was nice hotel with friendly staff…. However negatives were the lifts are slow and the room service the food was a let down… ordered a burger and the presentation was poor with maybe 10/12 fries on the plate and no ketchup etc etc so that could be better given the price plus no one picked up the phone several times over different days when we called reception

what I like is the Bed, shower and room. What I did not like is the first staff who assigned the rooms for us. Basically we are 8 adults and 1King+2 twin attached rooms. I dont know what he did, He just assigned 1 King & 2 twin room during checkin. I had to return the rental car and comeback, when I came back I saw 7 off them cramped in 2 rooms. There were Two reservations but he had done only 1 reservation fullfilled. I had to explain and show the details, then another front end associate understood the mistake and gave another 2 rooms. We had to move the luggages from 7th floor to 2nd floor. Vola! the staffs need to be educated. The front room has lots of noise due to the restaurants in the front

My overall experience with the hotel was negatively impacted by the waiting time to get a bath soap dispenser refilled. In our 1st night we noted the dispenser was empty only at time we took the shower. We called right away, and never came to our room even called several times.
