The rooms was spacious and tidy. However they have some renovations on going in our rooms but never inform earlier. We get shocked when opened the door. Everything was covered by towel. Ok,in the end they have upgraded our room. Manager was really helpful.

Arrived hotel, attentive staff, fast check in and up to room which is really great for the price. It's first time here but will come again. Had a walk around the neighbourhood, lots of restaurants and shops nearby and it is close to the strip aswell, so overall would say this place is a good choice in Macau.Jay Liu, the reception manager was very kind and helpful.

at the beginning, hard to find where is located. however all facilities are properly organized and clean though. hope the free shuttle has more frequency and much more connection with famouse spot of Macau.

The room is big and the bed is super king size! It is very near to Taipa ferry terminal and Macau Airport and those Casino. The reception service is just so so. The price of the hotel is consider reasonable. Would stay this hotel if we go Macau again. Recommended.

The humans working at this hotel are very rude and unaccomodating. Do not expect anything beyond the bare minimum when dealing with them. They do not care about your needs, only making money off this mediocre overpriced hotel.

The rooms had recently been renovated so were really clean and well laid out. The hotel was well situated and we were able to walk to so many places of interest. They also have a mini bus that will take you to their sister hotel the Grand Emporer and from there you can also walk to St Pauls as well as other historical sites. Going back to the Grand Emporer, we caught the mini bus back to the Inn Hotel. The breakfast was hot and the staff really helpful. As it was quite cold when we were there we ate at the hotel a couple of times and the meals were very good value. The staff were always really friendly and helpful.

I stay in this hotel with my husband & my daughter from march 5 until march 8, 2017 .My room in 1706 and I like the view from our room. The food is great & the room is clean. The minus is not all staff can speak English...but I think if I go to Macau again, definitely will choose this hotel.

My friend and I planned a trip going to HK and we decided to land via MACAU (to cut roundtrip ferry trip cost from HK -- just single trip from MACAU to HK). Anyway, we searched AGODA for possible cheap hotels in MK since we heard that most hotels there are expensive. We luckily found this hotel and booked DOUBLE ROOM for a night since we will transfer to HK the next day. The room cost us around P2,500++ for a night. The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from The Venetian and 5 minutes by bus. Around 15 minutes from the MACAU AIRPORT and TAIPA FERRY TERMINAL. The room is SO HUGE! We did not expect it to be that good like we had a feeling of not going out and just stay in the room. The lights are just perfect for relaxation. With big bathroom and good water pressure. Hot and cold shower. Wifi is strong. They have electric kettle for some hot chocolates and tea. They also have a safety deposit box. Make sure you have a socket adaptor since MACAU has a different electric socket from other countries. Staff are very helpful especially (VERY WANG - MANAGER). They are very helpful giving us tips about places to go, bus routes, fares etc. I would definitely recommend this and be back again whenever I will visit MACAU again.

Sad about how disappointed were we upon check in, front office people won't waive the incidental deposit which caused us being short for our shopping budget. 1000 HKD ain't a waste in Macau and HK. Another flaw in this hotel is their aircon. Every 20-30 mins it would make a squeaking sound. We, then, let that pass. But what's really missing in this hotel are people who can communicate in English well. Knowing that Macau is one of the growing tourist destinations in Asia, it being the Little Las Vegas, they should improve their language skills to communicate easily with the tourists. But despite all these inconveniences we've experienced, we still enjoyed our 4-day Macau trip. The hotel room is very spacious and I can say that they have comfortable beds. I also suggest that they add more channels that are watchable other than their Chinese channels which we can't understand at all. Bathroom floor should be all covered with carpet or bathmat, so you can't be all cold once you step out of the shower. When my boyfriend requested for ice to housekeeping, he said OK. Afterwards, someone from the front office called to ask what we needed, I think the housekeeping staff didn't understand at all what we wanted. All in all, our stay was just fine. Their price may be just right, comparing it to all the other hotels in Macau which are way more expensive. I just loved the location of the hotel, very accessible in the middle of Taipa, just near Cotai, San Malo, the pier and the airport. Walking distance from all the street restaurants you can find in Taipa which means more foodtrip for us! :)

I booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport, as I had just a short overnight stay before traveling on to Vietnam. I am a frequent traveler but not a frequent reviewer, yet I must give credit to the staff of the Inn Hotel Macau - especially the security/bellman on the evening of 12/23/16 and above all that shift's Hotel Manager, Sam Zhu. Long story short, a taxi drove off with my passport, and these two individuals went out of their way to use their CCTV resources, make phone calls on my behalf, arrange additional taxi rides to the police station for me, and check-in with me personally via the we-chat app. What easily could have been a multi-day ordeal was resolved - in the middle of the night, no less - in less than 3 hours. I will forever be grateful for these individuals' assistance. No complaints about the room or hotel accommodations; the stellar staff overshadowed those features. That I even had the opportunity to sleep at all that night was miraculous. Thank you, Sam and staff!
