I was travelling with my mom. Good location where just walking distance to Taipa village to get local food. Helpful staff whenver we need direction or guide to somewhere. It's also walking distance to Galaxy Hotel and further walking to Venetian or City of Dream and Parisian Macau Hotel. There is a shuttle bus from hotel to Macau every 30 minutes. Very convenience and they will drop at Emperor Grand hotel where just walking distance to st. Paul Ruin and others. This hotel is very near to airport, therefore you can opt to do your last shopping before heading to airport. Also, if you wish to go Hong Kong, it's very near to Macau Ferry Terminal. Take bus AP1 just opposite the hot. For only 3 stops and you are at Ferry Terminal. Be sure to get your return ferry ticket although there is a ferry for every 15 minutes. I was underestimated this and only got return ticket on the spot where it's finished. I forced to but Premium Seat which is double the ticket price. 😁😁😁

I booked this hotel for one night because it was the cheapest available option on a weekend for a last minutes business trip. I regret it. I checked in late because I arrived late in Hong Kong[had to ferry to Macau]. I prepaid for my room on the booking site as I often do. They required a deposit which I didn't even think twice about until I checked out the next day. Keep in mind that upon arriving to the hotel, I informed the hotel that I was a business traveler and that my company was located in Hong Kong. That's an important piece of information. The Hotel looks grand on most booking sites, but don't be fooled by the lobby. That's the only place it is "okay" looking. On the app where I purchased the room, it showed hardwood floors (could be vinyl but the point is it's nicer than carpet) and modern decor. When I arrived and made a remark that my hotel room was NOT what was pictured on the booking site, I was informed that I had booked the lowest available price. Those prices were reserved for the non-remodeled rooms. NOWHERE does it say that on ANY of the sites. The carpet was old and not vacuumed and the cigarette smoke engrained in the carpet and ventilation system smelled of 1978. Upon my arrival, I was also informed that WIFI did not come with the price booked. I was in shock. I booked this hotel room for almost the same amount I booked the Parisian across town. THE PARISIAN! [See Pics}The bathroom was filthy and smelled like pee. No-one had cleaned the base of the toilet probably in months or wiped down the sink countertop. The only upside was the bed was comfortable and large. When I checked out, the receptionist handed me back my deposit without looking at my receipt. It was considerably less. It was then when I realized that they had overcharged me on my deposit. The deposit was obviously a set amount because the lady didn't even blink when I requested back my deposit. She was visibly shocked when she saw my receipt and tried to hide it quickly as to not give away the trick. The next thing shocked me. They told me I had to wait until someone went up to my hotel room and said it was okay before they let me leave. I have never been asked to wait for the approval of a hotel to vacate the premises. I am completely convinced this business singled me out because of Ethnic stereotyping. Despite stating to the hotel my purpose of stay, they still profiled me and totally disrespected my character. That is why they overcharged me on the deposit and required me to be cleared to leave the hotel after checking the room. I can't imagine what they thought would await them after I left my hotel room. The fact that I left the hotel cleaner than when I found it makes me even more angry. I hope this hotel goes out of business.

After the first typhoon Macau was in a chaos and we wanted to cancel our trip, however the hotel refused to refund and left all the responsibility to Hotels.com. As per the hotel they do have water supply but nobody know when it will run out, which was totally dissatisfying answer to hear. During our stay in the second typhoon, we rushed to take a bath and get ready in the morning because the notice in the lobby wrote that water supply will be cut out after one hour. If we did not accidentally saw that notice, we would end up with no water to use and no staff even took the initiative to notify us. Overall it is a nice hotel considering the price, but the typhoon arrangement and the service attitude was just unacceptable and disappointing.

This hotel is great for value yet its quality is not of a budget hotel. Rooms is HUGE and super spacious, so spacious I could do my workout in the room. The twin beds we got were also big and comfortable. The pillows are very long too. If you travel with a companion this hotel is a fantastic choice because you and your friend will have A LOT of space. Bathroom was also clean and spacious with all the basic amenities provided eg toothbrush/toothpaste etc. The BEST thing about this hotel they will lend you a handyphone (present in your room upon check in), the handyphone is really handy because you get to make free calls to HK and Macau, FREE data in Macau so easy to googlemap your way around Macau. If you stay in this hotel there is no need to get a macau sim card because of this handyphone. I will also like to give credits to the male manager (sorry i didnt catch his name my apologies) who came to troubleshoot and helped me with the check-in as I arrived early. There was a bit hiccup at the start because the female recep was a trainee but the male manager (I checked in on 13 Oct at 11am) who was professional and experienced stepped in to assist and found a workaround quickly. To key in details into system and all the admin stuff is easy everyone could do it, but to handle and manage customers' expectations especially when you are required to flexibly think on the spot and find a solution to help the customer is a skill set hard to come by. This hotel is lucky to have that manager who has this ability and experience so I am very impressed with him. The rest of the trainees at the front desk have a lot to learn from him.

We came here during typhoon period. Yet the hotel still have electricity and water. The room is quite spacious as we booked a superior room with 1 added bed. The room is equipped with all necessary amenities. Their staffs are friendly especially the front desk one. I emailed them on the transportation and they did look into our concern and replied within few days! As for recommendation, perhaps can have more variety on breakfast menu 😊

Inn hotel Macau offers us a cell phone you can use it to call out and connect to internet. The room is also clear and big! If I visit Macau I will book the hotel again! p.s. You can ask to live non smoking room if you need.

Price wasn't worth it. Fridge was empty, instant coffee was readily available but no stirrer. Floor wasn't swept properly, found some peanuts and other stuff upon settling down. FO Staff were very nice and polite.

As we were attending a concert in Macau, we did not want to spend too much on hotel so decided to stay at this place. If I m not wrong this was previously Best Western. So for less than MOP1000, you get a big room with a good sized toilet. Wifi was good. Normal amenities with a safe deposit box. Free Set breakfast is provided between 7am n 11am. Room is well maintained n looks new. Transport is provided by their main hotel Grand Emperor but we did not use it. Taxi fare is abt MOP35 to main Cotai area from Inn. There is a bus stop nearby but we didn't enquire abt it.

The hotel room was presented very well and the staff were friendly and most spoke very good English. The hotel is in a good location in Taipa in close proximity to many shops and restaurants and only a short taxi ride to the major Casinos. The hotel has a courtesy bus to the Grand Emperor hotel in Macau.

Good service, the staffs are very nice. There are bus stops nearby. It is easy for going to the other regoins. The room is bigger than the same grade hotel in Macau. The breafast is good and the bed is soft.
