Cocoonr agency offers you to rent, a studio located in the 2nd arrondissement of Lyon in the heart of the presqu'île. Fenêtre sur cour is on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift) of a beautiful building dating from the early 1900s. This studio is ideally placed to come and visit the capital of the Gauls for a few nights, in the calm of an inner courtyard, at the foot of Place Bellecour. With a surface area of 56 m², this studio has a bedroom on the mezzanine level, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
The original decor is a nod to the American film director Alfred Hitchcock.

The studio is composed as follows
- A large 34 m² living room opening onto an inner courtyard, with high ceilings, large windows, TV, sofa, armchair and wifi. Wooden shutters throughout the studio.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine and all you need for cooking.
- Bathroom with bath, WC and window
- The sleeping area is located on the mezzanine with 1 double bed (140×190), a desk area and a dressing area

Exterior:
Located on Place Bellecour, a major feature of the city, it is the largest pedestrian square in Europe. Place Bellecour is the starting point for two major thoroughfares on Lyon's Presqu'île, on the north side for the Terreaux district and on the south side for the Perrache district
Rue de la République (pedestrian street), leading to Place de la Comédie via Place de la République, between Hôtel de Ville and Opéra, and on to Place Louis-Pradel.
Rue Victor-Hugo (pedestrian street), leading to Perrache and Place Carnot
Rue du Président Édouard Herriot, where luxury brands are concentrated, and which leads to Place des Terreaux.
From Place Bellecour, you'll reach the Vieux Lyon district, with Saint-Jean cathedral and access to the Basilique de Fourvière. On the other side, you reach the La Guillotière district.

Transportation

- Nearest train station: Perrache, two metro stations away on line A (10 minutes) or Gare Part-Dieu on lines A and B (20 minutes).
