Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in the city center

The city center and the Hôtel de Ville metro station are less than a 4-minute walk from the apartment. Located at the foot of the Croix-Rousse slopes, in a typical Lyonnais building, you will appreciate the tranquility and comfort of this modern 59m² apartment overlooking the property's interior courtyard.

Located on the ground floor of the building and fully overlooking the interior courtyard, it offers a completely quiet environment.

During your stay, you will enjoy a cozy living room with an HD TV and a dining table and bench, a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a first bedroom on the ground floor with a 140x190cm double bed. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, are two further bedrooms, each equipped with a 140x190cm double bed.

This is an ideal location for both leisure and business trips, being very central and close to public transport.

Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available, and sheets and towels are included.

Amenities are available (welcome coffee, tea, pasta, rice, etc.), as well as a Traveler's Guide that will provide you with all the information you need about the apartment (Wi-Fi code, instructions) and useful tips for visiting Lyon.

Check-in is completely independent from 3 p.m. via a smart lock located directly on the 60m² apartment's door. Checkout is by 11 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Great apartment for us

Small apartment but with every we needed for our four day stay. Two adult children both got their own rooms which though small were absolutely fine! We loved the area. Easy walk to old town, presquile and croix rousse. Would stay here again.

15 quai André lassagne Voici nos commentaires sur cette adresse. Les photos annonçant ce chic appartement sont quelque peu trompeuses. Nous pensions avoir loué un appartement spacieux et clair. Nous avons trouvé un endroit sombre et exigu. La cuisine est si étroite que deux personnes ne peuvent s'y rencontrer ! L'équipement (chaudrons, couverts, vaisselle) est minimal et disparate. La propreté laisse à désirer: particulièrement le divan-lit taché et peu invitant Les serviettes de bain sont grises et ne semblent pas propres. Nous n'avons pas trouvé d'issue de secours. Les escaliers menant à l'étage sont si étroits qu'une seule personne peut l'utiliser à la fois. En plus, l'escalier allant à la chambre de mezzanine n'a pas de rampe. Le siège toilette à l'étage manquait de solidité. À l'étage, le lit n'est accessible que par le pied du lit. Le manque de clarté, de propreté et l'exiguïté des lieux en font un parfait trou à rats! Le seul point positif : l'emplacement au coeur du centre de Lyon. Bref, ne pas se fier aux photos de cet appartement.

Emplacement idéal et équipements impeccables !

Je viens de passer 3 jours dans cet appartement avec mon fils de 14 ans pour découvrir Lyon. Idéalement situé, l'appartement est proche de tout. Il est en outre très bien équipé (literies et luminaires modernes) et facile à vivre. Le seul bémol est le fait qu'il se situe en rez-de-cour, et est donc très sombre. Ce n'est absolument pas grave si votre objectif est de passer votre vie dehors (ce que nous avons fait). C'est probablement plus ennuyeux si vous souhaitez y passer du temps. Quant à l'équipe, elle s'est montrée précise, rigoureuse et réactive !
