Central Part-Dieu - Apartment 1

Located a few minutes walk from Part-Dieu train station and to Garibaldi metro station, the apartment is situated on the ground floor overlooking the street, close to all amenities and shops.

This nice 30 m² studio comes with a living room with a large bay window (no window that opens), with a nice comfortable 140*190 bed, a 2 persons dining table, an HD TV and a fully equipped little kitchen.

You will also enjoy a nice bathroom with a shower, and a washing machine is available too.

We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta, spices, some coffee and tea pods) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, Nespresso, microwave...). Sheets and towels are included.

Free WIFI available.

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to the connected lock on the apartmen's door. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.
