Disappointment

The hotel was very dirty, the staff was friendly but not so useful. Booked one type of room but received another one - smaller, darker, dusty and dirty with a small window, after 3 nights they finally did change me the room (the booking was for 7 nights). The other room was better but also not clean, even after they "cleaned" it.

I left my wallet in the room upon check out, I placed it on a table and forgot to grab it after I put on my pants. I took a taxi down town and when I realized I had left it in the room I taxid back to retrieve the lost wallet. The staff told me the wallet filled with money wasn’t in the room and the lady who cleaned the room freaked out when she was asked if she came across it.

Looks could be a bit deceiving !

It’s a good hotel but the sauna and swimming pool is at an extra charge & it’s very complicated getting into it. We had to chrck with the property several times to use it, and eventually gave up! Location is okay, if you really want to enjoy lviv, you want to instead stay in the center

The restaurant food was excellent. Staff very attentive with quick service. Close to the railway station and transport into the city centre. Did not use other facilities.

Value for money

Good hotel located in residential area 30mins walk to Old Town or 60-100 Hryvnia by taxi. It’s clean, breakfast is good and service is friendly and helpful. More could be done for breakfast set up. There are only 3 tables set up for breakfast even if there are more guests staying in hotel. If over capacity you are asked to eat in semi lounge. This hotel is advertised as with swimming pool. However they charge 200Hr per hour and you have to book in advance. When booking make sure there is no wedding going on that day.

Nice hotel, good value and nice restaurant.

The staff are really nice and the hotel is reasonably clean and well equipped. The restaurant is great too. Fantastic chef and other staff. To get 5 stars, they would need to: stop asking for the breakfast order the night before, make sure there are safes in the rooms, fix some of the plug sockets, some minor improvements with housekeeping of the rooms. That being said, overall it was a great stay and good value.

Nice hotel. Great reception staff. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable. Shower was lovely. Breakfast could be better. Local area is nothing to write home about. Reception very helpful with getting you a taxi and they come quickly.
