Hotel jest w dobrym standardzie, dobre śniadania, czajnik w pokoju. Obsługa na recepcji jest bardzo miła i pomocna. Minus to brak parkingu hotelowego. Można parkować na ulicy przy hotelu, ale to centrum miasta i praktycznie zawsze brakuje wolnych miejsc.

Hotel is great - people working there the BEST!

My stay at Ibis Styles in Lviv was perfect. I chose the larger room, and for just $10 more, it was well worth it. It had wrap around floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking beautiful Lviv, very spacious - it was a beautiful room. What really stood for me though were the PEOPLE - front desk, security, maintenance, restaurant servers, housekeeping - everyone was so outstanding, made me feel welcome, and helped me with any request or question I had. I will definitely return - thank you for everything!

Extremely rude, arrogant and unhelpful staff! Never in my many years global travel and personal involvement in the hospitality industry have I encountered such rude, confrontational and poorly trained staff. Decided to check out one hour after checking in and relocated to nearby historic hotel Atlas where service and rooms was five stars. Avoid Ibis Styles Lviv like the plague.
