I was more than happy with the apartment. The location was brilliant - right in the centre, very nice area, everything easily accessible on foot. It was much larger than I expected and very beautifully redecorated and maintained at a very high standard. The apartment was equipped extremely well - it had everything you could possibly need (including washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, well-equipped kitchen). Communication with the owners was great throughout. They also organised transport from and to the airport for me (at a reasonable price). I will certainly book this again without hesitation when I come back to Lviv.

Excellent, clean apartment with all amenities. However, there are two possible drawbacks: First, there is a long wooden stairs up to the flat which is not so easy to climb with luggage. Second, there is a bar below which can be quite noisy even till late.

Apartment was wonderful. No surprises. Owner should declare that they require cash and are not prepared to accept a credit card. This to us was a negative. The entrance is a bit dicey, but once in the apartment was everything we expected.

Bait and Switch in Lviv

I have been booking on line for many years and this is a first. When I called from the airport for directions to the apartment, I was told that my reserved apartment had been rented by someone else. They then said "But we have a nicer one for you." It will cost you 80 Euros more. At that point, I had no choice as it was a holiday in Lviv Ukraine. All places were booked. This bait and switch tactic is deplorable as you might imagine since everything is budgeted for 7 days there. You should know that the management at this hotel cannot be trusted. I am sure it's happened before. As a friend of mine said, "Ive done many things wrong in my life, but never once." You should be aware of this. Their explanation: "Well, you didn't put a deposit down." Well, I sure would have, but your site didn't require one. At any rate, not cool. And you should know about it.

Una sorpresa piacevolissima

Bellissima esperienza. Una camera enorme, pulita, con anche un divano letto, bagno diviso in 2 con bidet (!!), cucina e frigo. Tutto a 50 metri dalla piazza del municipio e nella via piena di locali (via tra l'altro dove la mia guida Lonely Planet terminava il suo giro a piedi. Che dire? Tutto benissimo. Unica cosa è che accettano pagamento solo con contanti pertanto occorre avere la cifra o in Grivna o in Euro/dollari perchè non è un hotel ma un'affitta camere.

Great location. Fantastic rooms

Right in the historical pedestrianised centre of Lviv. Rooms, including the bathroom, are very spacious with all facilities. Only minor problem is that the hot water runs out before the beautiful bath tub is 1/3 full. The owners are extremely nice and friendly and helpful

Kaldığımız yer hijyen, rahatlık ve merkeze çok yakın olmasından dolayı tatilimizin çok iyi geçmesine olanak sağladı. Temiz bir oda, rahat bir yatak ve gözlerinizi açtığınızda tarihle iç içe bir lokasyonda olmak insana mutluluk veriyor. Yardımlarından dolayı çalışan arkadaşlara teşekkür ederiz. Eşimle tekrar geldiğimizde aynı yerde kalacak kadar memnun ayrıldık.

Very good apartment in the heart of city

The apartment was in a block of period flats in the centre of the Old City. If you have not been to post soviet countries then the street entrance and rickety staircase may make you wonder what you have booked on your arrival!!! (Note those with poor mobility may struggle with the stairs), do not judge too quickly!!! BUT the apartment itself is excellent - very spacious. Well decorated, clean and with great self catering facilities. The balcony overlooks the main street and is nice to sit on in the evening. Air-con in the bedroom works well and is quiet. Bed is VERY comfortable. I had misunderstood the booking details and thought that payment could be done with a credit card - this is not the case - so did not have enough cash on me. Either Local currency or Euro's or Dollars preferred), however they were very helpful and accepted a cash deposit and arranged to come and collect the rest the next day. Small 'basics' shop is nearby but it is better to walk a bit further to a supermarket - several within 5 - 10 minute walk. Lots of cafe's and restaurants nearby if you can't be bothered to cook. As with any city center accommodation there will be some street noise but rarely late and the double glazing keeps it at an acceptable level (if windows are closed). Wifi works well with no problems. Big screen TV is provided but I did not use it, as there is plenty to do in this beautiful city, or too tired from all the walking.

Lovely flat in historic building and top location

This lovely flat is located in a building from the year 1800 just behind the main square of Lviv. Plenty of space and atmosphere. Can definitely recommend.

It was different, for sure. You have to remember where you are. If you don't mind carrying your bags up two really long flights of stairs for starters. The apartment was very clean with everything I needed. The TV was small though, but I think this is the norm.

Great central location

While I booked a smaller apartment, I ended up getting a large one bedroom with what must have been 12-foot ceilings. It was right by all of the Old Town historical sites and Svobody Street. I arrived late at night--almost 11 p.m.--but an agent was able to meet me at the apartment. It did not have a microwave when I arrived, but one was delivered the next day as requested. It was convenient to be able to do laundry in the apartment [washer only]. The only issue was the somewhat unreliable wireless Internet access--I kept having to restart the router--but I was able to use it. Overall, the service was friendly and helpful and the apartment good quality. I would use them again.

had a really enjoyable time staying here. Liked the fact that we were left completely alone to enjoy Lvov the way we wanted. Very relaxed surroundings and lovely old apartment. Would definitely stay here again!

La plus grande chambre que j'ai jamais vu....

Situé en plein centre-ville à 2 pas de l'Opéra cet appartement est au 2e étage sans ascenseur. Très bien rénové au niveau cuisine et salle de bain. La chambre est immense : 6 m x 6 m soit 36 m2... je n'ai jamais vu aussi grand !!!

Fin lejlighed, god service fra pigerne på kontoret. Kunne godt have brugt et par rene håndklæder i løbet af de 10 dage. Vi blev noget chokeret og meget kede af at det Ukrainske pas-politi er så korrupte, både på ud og hjemrejsen fik vi stjålet penge i pas -kontrollen, dette er jo det sidste sted man forventer at ens penge bliver stjålet og vi turde ikke sige noget så var vi vel endt i fængsel. Meget trist oplevelse. Tag IKKE rede penge med, hæv i de utallige automater der er dernede. Politiet stjæler både, US-dollars, Euro og deres egen møntfod.
