The staff had no idea what Expedia is and said my relatove had to wait for their Director to come back to check with him. I was checking in a relative who was on the road for 3 days escaping froom a warzone, an elderly lady. The treated her like garbage and made her wait 3 hours. I spent 3 hours on the phone with Expedia and they could not reach the hotel either. What a mess! I ended up yelling at them and that is what worked unfortunately.

Alles perfekt!

Sehr sauber, sehr geräumig und günstig. Spa war ebenso vorhanden. Die Hörnchen beim Frühstück waren frisch zubereitet. Anders als im Rest der Ukraine haben die Angestellten einwandfreies Englisch gesprochen.

I went twice to Pysanka, and it was a lovely stay. Their spa is really nice to relax after a long day of drive.
