The WiFi was not working when I was at the hotel. Everything else was good.
Great pool, massage and pedicure and grooming service. Had to pay for in room internet (???) Which did not work, and so i had to come down to the lobby to use the internet. Really? Even hostels have reliable internet. Staff was nonchalant about that as well as waiting a long time for my order at dinner. Could not hear while making calls from my room to the counter because the phone would go dead so had to walk down to resolve issues. A nuisance for a tired traveller. Lovely room, nice facilities and food but staff and service needs work
The property was very well kept and the staff was amazing!! I felt like I was staying at a 5-star resort!! The location of the hotel and the view of the Nile was ideal for my stay in Luxor!!!
Overall a nice comfortable hotel with GREAT views of the Nile. Decent breakfast buffet (included) and free wifi in the lobby. AC was inadequate (and it was only April!) and there were some minor housekeeping issues (cleanliness, lack of toilet paper in room). Otherwise a good value in a great location!
Good location secure property friendly helpful staff. Good restaurant with a very good selection.. Clean and neat and good amanities for me this was a good two day stay a certainly enjoyed it
Hotel was in great location across Nile. The beds were sunken in. Breakfast options were good. Dinner options were okay. Only had wifi in lobby and not in rooms. The wifi in lobby wasnt really working for me.
We arrive 11PM and the hotel staff kindly pickup from airport. Room is nice and clean, but AC heating doesn't work. Restaurant and bar is bit expensive. In the new town of Cairo, so bit far from old town and Giza. Good for one night airport layover.
The good- located across the road from the Corniche of the Nile- the Luxor Temple is within walking distance and the fantastic Karnak Temple maybe 2 km away- walk or taxi. Also the Staff is pleasant and accommodating. The less good-the Breakfast buffet is not inspiring- not bad just not great, and the rooms could use a little updating. This property, along with others in Luxor are suffering from a lack of Tourist Business, and have done a decent job considering the occupancy. I'd definitely stay again as the rate was reasonable.
