Au Clos de Marie - LUSIGNY SUR BARSE

This gîte is composed of three bedrooms, a kitchen, a sitting room, a dining room, a shower room, a bathroom and two toilets. The bedrooms are equipped with large beds that will be made on you arrival. There is a secure carpark. You will be charged a supplement for the electricity and the firewood. There is the possibility of hiring bicycle. For a short stay during the high season do not hesitate in contacting us or the Gîtes de France. This gîtes has the "Panda" and "Champagne à vélo" label. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: in the heart of the Parc Naturel de la Forêt d'Orient (proctected site), bathing in the lake, walks, cycling or roller skating on the greenway, fishing, excursions in the nature, sailing, discovering the Forêt d'Orient, visits to Troyes, museums, walks in the heart of the Champagne vineyards with a Champagne tasting, shopping in the factory outlets. On site, in the village, you will find all the essential servics such as grocery, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, doctors and nurses. "Au Clos de Marie" is ground level, timber framed detached house that has room for six people. This gîte is idealy situated in peaceful area and boasts a Champenoise architecture in harmony with the landscape and standing in large fenced and tree studded garden, 2 minutes from the "lac d'Orient" and the forests, by the Vélovoie, 15 minutes from Troyes.

The vacation home features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a travel crib. Housekeeping is available on request.
