Decent hotel, not around much but Meijer. Just had a problem with little bugs in the bathroom, there were quite a few, they seemed attracted by the lighting in the bathroom.

The hotel is under renovation and to a degree, it felt and looked like a construction zone. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Hotel is doing renovation. Dodging the construction workers. Lots of noise. Room was ok

It was good nothing bad about our stay except the construction

Pros: Very comfortable king bed. Well working A/C, TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer. Nice shower head. Good service by maid staff and front desk. Room seemed clean. Fairly decent selection for breakfast, especially considering it's free. Overall good value for money. Cons: HORRIBLE wi-fi. No ice machine on whole second floor and seemed not to be one on ground floor either. Kids should not be allowed in hot tub.

The experience was good. The bar they have in the hotel has great food. The price of food was very affordable.

Room was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. No time for the pool or hot tub but they looked so inviting. Breakfast was average. It was a great stay and I would definitely come back!

I wouldn't say that this was a luxury getaway hotel, but for the price, this was a decent hotel. My wife and I stayed in a King suite with a jacuzzi. The room was dated, but clean. This hotel is located about a five minute drive from lake Michigan, which is why we were in town for the weekend. Overall...not bad! I'd stay here again.

Hot tub room clean awesome continental breakfast pretty good biscuits and gravy bar in the hotel poured some mean drinks will be back

We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and set away from the downtown area. Peaceful and the staff very kind and helpful.

Was very nice place - good location - nice breakfast. Would stay there again

It was very relaxing and the bar inside the hotel was awesome and the room was very clean and comfy

The room was very nice, extra comfy bed, great shower, clean, hot tub filled fast and fit our needs, refrigerator was included. The staff was friendly and helpful, checking in and out a breeze. Great location, excellent price. We will stay here again every time we travel to Ludington!

The temperature outside was very cold, and that in the room was unstable at best. You could turn on the heat, but when it reached the desired temperature, it would start blowing cold air. So, you must get up to turn it off. It made for a poor night's sleep. Someone was running the vacuum at 1:30am. Again, poor night's sleep. Little ones running up and down the hall at 3:00am. Again... The hotel advertises in room WIFI. Mine would not work in the room, but did work in the lobby. I was told, Oh well. You can just come out to the lobby to use it. The room was pretty beat up. Lots of chips in the paint, etc. The lighting was poor, so it was difficult to see how clean (or not) that the room was. Made me nervous.

Needs housekeeping supervision. Toilet had urine and cigarette butts in it!! No soap/shampoo/etc. in room. Need I say more....

This hotel has so much potential. Has a great location. When we got there my first impressions was that the hotel needed some tlc. Wasn't clean at all. Only seen one staff member the whole time. Room was dusty didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks. Curtains and lamp shades were covered with dust. Lamp shades had food stains on them. The colors of the rooms were terrible not calm and peaceful like we were hoping for. The pool and hot tub were down we were never informed of this by the hotel prior to arriving.

Room in desperate need of renovation. Air conditioning was bad, no light at entry door in back of building. Concrete steps crumbling. Not "Ramada" quality

The hotel is nice. It was clean. The staff was average with the exception of the one that checked us in, she was great. The workout room needs updating. The treadmill didn't work, it needed a code and the mechanics were exposed. The staff tried to help, but never came back. The breakfast menu was excellent. Plenty of food for everyone. The swimming pool and hot tub are exceptional for a family. You can fit 20 people in the hot tub.

the toliet would not always flush, plus the water in it always ran. lost of noise through the night. The side door where we were told to park for easy hotel entrance our key would not work. Report to staff and was told oh yeah that happens. Great we thought.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Inn. The hot top was great! Large and relaxing. The hotel rate was very fair. The room was well-kept. The sheets seemed crisp and not worn. .The hall ways were kept clean. The toilet was somewhat sluggish. I think a plunger will take care of this problem. We will visit this motel next year when we come to Ludington.
