We give a 3 only because of the check in process, the responsiveness of property manager, the location and the view. Those are the positives. The negatives were, the furniture was a mess. Armrests on chairs looked like they had been shredded by something. The couch was WAY too big for room and was way out of place with decor. Headboards not fastened to beds. There were no rocking chairs on porch as shown in pictures. The carpet was very dirty. A previous tenant had left clothes in a dresser which makes one wonder how well condo had been cleaned. The internet was not usable until property manager got us the owner’s WiFi password to use. Fortunately our 15 year old grandson was there to help figure out how to get connected. This was a major issue for us. The fireplace did not work until the next to last night we were there when they finally got technician out to fix it. For the price we payed one would have expected basic staples like bar soap in baths, shampoo, salt and pepper. Did not have any. Not even a cork screw. We were promised a partial refund for all the issues and aggravations but never received it. We would stay in this complex again but never in this condo.
