Con: No refrigerator in room Pros: Great pool and hot tub. Great location to downtown ludington and state park. Room clean and comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice pool and hot tub. Everything was clean with a decent breakfast.

This hotel is very clean, comfy beds and very friendly staff. I recommend this hotel!!

The hotel was very nice, clean, friendly staff, great breakfast selection, cookies for guests in the evening. My kids had a great time in the pool. The only thing I wish was clear is when we booked our room we chose standard meaning two queen beds but got a king room with a pull out couch. I explained that I called to confirm before booking but unfortunately they were sold out that evening. It ended up working out. Our kids are small enough that they slept fine on the pull out couch. Wish breakfast ended at 10 instead of 9:30. But other than that a very nice place. Would go back again for sure

Overall, we had a pretty good experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the hotel and room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. It's only a few miles from downtown Ludington which is nice since it's such a short drive to dinner, shopping and the beach. We had four people in one room, but the 2 Queens executive room was plenty of space. The only thing we had a problem with was the air conditioner. It would not run for more than a few minutes, and when maintenance replaced the entire unit, it was still turning off. We rigged it up so the sensor thought it was warmer in the room, so it ran through the night so we could sleep in the cool air (rather than hot/muggy). The staff was very apologetic and nice, and the did everything they can up until it was time to go to sleep, so the A/C unit would be our only complaint. Continental breakfast was nice - had an array of food choices... but only is open until 930a. I think 10a would be better as people looked slightly rushed. We would book this hotel again, but would make sure our A/C worked before checking in :) Thanks for a nice stay!

Room very large, bed so comfortable was sad to leave it. Breakfast was great for what it was, free and hot. Good coffee too. Staff polite. Only bad/very bad was horrible lighting for makeup application. If they could fix lighting issues, would be one of the best hotels stayed at this year...

Alway a good experience staying here. Most accommodating when I bring my dog. Perfect when I brought my grandkids in July, special rooms for young kids too. Nice breakfast that fits all ages of taste, really comfy beds, plenty of towels. Only thing that could make it better is free coffee all day. Great location for all my food, beach, shopping and hiking desires.

Staff was wonderful!! Pool was awesome!! Glad we stayed here!!!!

Great clean room with everything needed. Hot water when you need hot; cold water when you need cold. Large breakfast selection and available BEFORE the stated time! Will be back again when through the area!

This hotel seemed geared for families.....the rooms were very large and spacious, there was a pool & an arcade. The beds were comfortable. But overall it was dated and poorly laid out. A LOT of walking down really long hallways just to get to the front door. Got lost a few times. The bathroom/sink areas weren't very clean when we arrived in our room. I wouldn't have a problem with any of these things except that it was 200+ for a Holiday Inn so it felt over priced.

Friendly and accommodating staff, along with comfortable rooms make this a wonderful destination for a family getaway.

The room was good sized and very clean. The bathroom had an elongated toilet and, in spite of being a little older, was very clean. The breakfast bar was also very good.

This hotel had very nice rooms, we had a kidsuite and the kids loved having their own TV and "room". The pool and hot tub were amazing, very clean, warm and in a beautiful room. We were not very far from the beach and stores, beautiful parks nearby.

Went out to dinner and went to bed. Very nice hotel, personnel very attentive. Comprable to other hotels we have stayed in.

Our welcome at the desk was extraordinarily friendly. We were invited for coffee and cookies (homemade!) in the lobby at 8 pm. We received a comprehensive list of where to eat nearby. We stayed in Ludington to catch the morning car ferry to Wisconsin. The Inn was very convenient to the dock, only a few blocks and minutes away. Carts to help carry our luggage were plentiful. Breakfast included the usual amenities, including pancakes. Overall, an unexpected delightful experience after 475 miles of driving that day.

Really nice, clean, and comfortable place. I really liked the bed which soft - not like many hotels where you feel like you're sleeping on the ground. The breakfast was really good as well - eggs, sausage, and all the other standard cold items you find other places. Everything was kept fresh and full.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express over a weekend. The front desk help and other employees were friendly, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was appetizing. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We left a terrible hotel in Muskegon and came here. Its a tad pricey, but WELL worth it! Its very clean, has a beautiful pool and fitness area, the staff is great, and there is a great Kid's Suite option. Ours has a "Cars" theme complete with an X-Box. We checked in very late, but our little ones found the X-Box so we let them play for a while. It wouldn't work, so we called maintenance. He was down to our room in less than 3 minutes, replaced the TV and was out of our room in about 10 minutes! Now that my friends is service! The breakfast was great and our overall stay was excellent! The pillows are even labeled from soft to firm!

Great stop on the way to Pentwater - location was convenient, room was clean and staff was very helpful. Our a/c was actually not functioning well - they had maintenance up there in 2 minutes and they replaced the entire a/c with a new unit within about 10-15 minutes. It was weird but very helpful!

really great hotel! great breakfast in the morning. About a 5 minute drive from downtown, which was great because we just biked there instead!
