Room was nice and clean. Pillows a bit too small. Not very soundproof-could hear the movie the person next to us had on until 5:30am. Staff very nice. Construction started around 8am and was a little annoying.

Despite being under renovation I would recommend this hotel. The staff were all very pleasant and the rooms well-appointed and comfortable. And the pet fee is very reasonable!

We always stay at this hotel. We have family in the area. They have a nice area tonhamg out in and play cards. The pool and hot tub are always great!

Right now the hotel is under renovation but there isn't a lot of inconvenience to customers. Breakfast was good - eggs, sausage, waffles and more. A lot to chose from even for diabetics like me. I love and appreciate the $10 dog fee, too.

Kids were running halls and playing hockey in the hall until after 1am. Parents/adults loud and yelling until 3 am. No hot water in the shower. Other than that staff was not the most thrilled at check in. House keeping was most friendly and working hard though.

Let me start by saying I would stay here again but there were issues. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and there were exposed wiring in the halls. The first room we were put in had a non- working heater and the filter was completely plugged with dirt. When I called the front desk he promptly came to the room and attempted to fix the heat without success. He moved us to another room which was similar and had working heat. However the temp for the shower was backwards hot was cold and cold was hot. We left for the day and returned and could not enter the building because our key cards had deactivated. The desk agent came and let us in and replaced our key cards. Like I said I would say here again with hopefully less hiccups.
