Strange odor in room and strong unpleasant odor in office. Breakfast is white bread toast and mini pre wrapped muffins.
Grounds are nice; rooms are okay. Air conditioner kicks on and off all night; a sleep disturber. No soap or shower amenities were in our room, had to purchase our own.
Very nice room..larger than many other places we have stayed in Ludington and very clean. We liked that we even had a table and chairs where we could sit and eat. Parking right in front of our room. First time staying here but wont be the last time!
A basic older property but well maintained and very affordable. Refrigerator not as tiny as some in motels and was cold enough to keep our items from cooler very cold all night. AC with in-room contols worked well re temperature, but loudly turned on and off frequently to do so. Location in town with very short drive to shopping, dining, points of interest, beaches, parks etc But also easy drive to major highways.
I really like the decor of this property based upon its age it had been very well maintained and it appeared to be recently renovated. It was in much better shape than the newer motels and hotels I stayed in recently. My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again. The only downside I would say is there what they call a continental breakfast very disappointing it's the only reason I had a medium rating for one item. Staff that I interfaced with was excellent I found no issues other than what noted. The coffee was really good for machine coffee which I found pleasantly surprising
At least it was quiet the night we were there. The carpet was old and dirty, beds were hard and the shower old as well. Room was small and badly dated. Breakfast was a small muffin, Walmart juices were the drinks of choice and yogurt. The pool furniture was old and moldy. This was a $40 a night facility that was charging $235 due to prime time and a lack of rental facilities in this town. I would not stay here again.
Nice options for sitting around in yard
The room was immaculate, the a/c effective, and the owner was kind and helpful. I've stayed in hotels that didn't seem as clean. Despite COVID everything worked wonderfully. Highly recommend.
Wonderful well-kept property very close to everything
a very nice 3 star motel, rm was recently remodeled.just a short ride to town.
Very pleasant, nice pool. Right n 10, so quite handy to a lot of things.
