This hotel has several problems. (1) The staff wasn't willing to let us in a half hour before check-in, even though other people right after us, before check-in, were able to check in. (2) The breakfast was really poor quality. We even heard the check-in clerk at the time telling another worker that she couldn't wait to get another job. (3) Housecleaning tried to bust our door down without a single knock to clean at 9 AM. They almost busted the latch that was on our side of the door. They ignored the do not disturb sign on the door. Worse, about 45 minutes later, a second person knocked and asked to houseclean. At least, they knocked. Must of 'heard' me talking to the last person. (4) The heater/AC did not work. You either froze or sweated to death, constantly on. (5) When we were allowed to check-in they told us all they had were first floor vacancy which was apparently a lie, since later that night, there were only 3-4 cars in the parking lot. (6) They had no bar soap available to wash your hands. Even at the desk, they had none available. They told us to use dish soap. A good hotel would have found an empty room and got some. But, hey the toilet worked and we had toilet paper. But, we were not impressed with the service, the hotel, or the room. Suggest you don't go there, until something improves in their management. The owners of Marriott wouldn't be impressed with this location if they went thru what we went through.
