The house was is a good location. There were ants all over the door in the master bedroom. The cleaning lady showed up to deliver toilet paper after we checked in and said she didn’t realize tenants were checking in that day. Reached out to the owner 3 times, once before check in and and twice while staying there with no response. There is a studio style room in the back that looks like it is rented out separately as there is its own entrance. The pictures were not included on vrbo or information that it was there. We did have access to it but not sure if that was purpose. We (luckily) paid the upfront insurance coverage and after got a damage claim for a broken ceiling fan which absolutely was not from us. Overall the stay was fine but the lack of communication and damage claim we would never stay here again.
