We've stayed here multiple times but this time it just seemed dirtier than usual. Maids did their jobs. Just old, stained linens, carpets, etc. Water in shower came out so hard it hurt your body. Weatherstripping loose on frig. Toilet runs periodically. When breakfast was over they removed everything (cereal, fruit, even napkins). Not a good experience.

Coffe maker did not work. Room was clean enough but they must have replaced a light bulb lately because it was not a normal light in the room. The absolute worst bed I have ever slept on. We had 2 kids with us and there were no extra blankets in the closet. When I checked in at almost 2 in the morning they had a wedding party going. Trash all over on the floor in the lobby. They were so loud we couldn't sleep. No point in complaining because they clearly were unable to control them.

not happy with the motel....more like a 2* than a 3...very old

It was a spur of the moment thing and I was instantly able to book the perfect room that fit our needs. It was probably the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. I would definitely stay there again.

not clean, not clean, smell, outside doors not secure, disappointed My wife will never stay in a Baymont again.

All good except no coffee at the breakfast on Sunday. Coffee machine was broken, but they could have found a way to provide coffee

The location is so close to techs campus. Some of the friendliest hotel staff I've ever dealt with. Looks dated from the outside but don't let that fool you the inside and the rooms are very nice. Great deal and would recommend

It was pleasant and peaceful. Was not bothered repeatedly day of check out unlike most hotels. Pool very awesome little dirty but neat for the kids.

I was very pleased with the hotel stay. Very reasonably priced. Clean spacious room. Beautiful pool. Plan to stay here again.

Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to try the pool or bar because of the season and time of day we arrived. These facilities looked nice from what we could tell. Desk staff was busy, but quite friendly. The lobby is painted in lovely bright colors and smells wonderful. The room was clean looking, but smelled a bit like the last guest had eaten something cheesy. I think the only reason I noticed was because the lobby smelled so nice. This place was definitely a great deal.

We were in town for a Texas Tech visit. This hotel worked perfectly due to its closeness to the University. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Expected more but u get wat u paid for was an ok stay

The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. the room and pool were more than I expected. the bed was good. the only drawback was the inaddiquate coffee pot.

The hotel was just ordinary. The pool was fun, but the slide entrance was a death trap for my daughter and her toddler.

This hotel is great. Our son has a lot of doctors in Lubbock and this is where we stay. It's got a perfect location to the hospitals.

The rooms in the back of the hotel on the 2nd and 3rd floor can only be accessed by walking all around to the front of the hotel. The elevator is broken and has been since my last visit at least 6 months ago. The stairs on the outside of the hotel lead to doors without key entry pads on 2nd and 3rd floors. There are no interior stairs in back part of hotel. The manage is trying to save money by not fixing the elevator. When I spoke to him, he said it needed to be replaced. The problem is he is NOT replacing it. He is NOT putting key pads on 2nd and 3rd floor exterior doors so people can get in without a hike. Very poor management in my opinion.

I was welcomed and greeted immediately by staff. It was a cold week there in Lubbock. So the lobby and my room were both warm. My room was inviting very clean. The breakfast was very limiting wish it would have more options health wise. I would also like for them to service their elevators one was completely out of order and other felt I almost got stuck in the working elevator.

Room was freezing at arrival. We had our 2 boys sleeping on the pullout sofa, asked for extra blankets and pillows and they said they did not have any so they had to sleep with the light blanket and sheet. The breakfast was horrible, gravy was barely warm, biscuits still frozen and the bread was hard. I will never stay there again

Our stay and room at this establishment were very good except that we had our Truck broken into for just an overnight stay. I would suggest that the security could be better on the outside of the building and lighting as well.

Nice hotel and friendly staff! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location is very close to Tech and the hospital.
