Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Gute Lage mit guter KFZ Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut ,es gibt frische Brötchen ausreichend Belag in Form von Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Nutella, etc.

Wir sind zu dritt angereist und wurden sehr nett empfangen . Die Zimmer waren supersauber und echt groß . Unser Frühstück in einem Nebenraum war liebevoll hergerichtet und klasse mit warmen Brötchen ! Ich würde jederzeit wieder die Zimmer buchen .

Das Hotel liegt zwar direkt über einer Tankstelle, dennoch ist es sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist sauber und man vermisst nichts. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und helfen bei sämtlichen Fragen gerne weiter. Es hat mir rundum gut gefallen.

Diese Unterkunft gebucht, weil ich bereits dort und sehr zufrieden war. Diesmal war es jedoch ein Desaster. Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, keine Info, dass die Rezeption (in der Tankstelle) nicht besetzt ist und man auf eigene Kosten eine Telefonnummer anrufen muss, bei der man nicht mal weiß, mit wem man spricht. Nach drei Anrufen, die zu einer Mailbox führten, ließ man sich schließlich herab, mich zurück zu rufen. Weder Namen genannt noch sonst ein freundliches Wort. Man teilte mir dann mit, dass man "gleich" komme. Nach 25 Minuten tauchte dann jemand auf, der uns den Zimmerschlüssel in die Hand drückte und verschwand. Keine Information, wo man das Zimmer findet oder sonstige Dinge, die man normalerweise bei einem Check in hört. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, das Bett ganz passabel für ein paar Nächte, es ist auch nicht sonderlich laut, trotz dass sich die Unterkunft direkt an einer Bundesstraße befindet. Jedoch funktionierte das WLAN nicht, was bei einem Auslandsaufenthalt, bei dem man darauf angewiesen ist, nicht sonderlich angenehm ist. Es war jedoch niemand zu erreichen, dieses Problem zu melden. Ab dem 2. Tag gab es dann kein warmes Wasser mehr. Nachdem endlich jemand ans Telefon ging, hieß es dann, dass "das Problem bekannt sei und im Laufe des Tages gelöst werde". Wurde es aber nicht. Das war nicht das Schlimmste - es gibt Probleme, die man nicht an einem Tag lösen kann. Aber zumindest hätte man mich anrufen, mich darüber informieren können. Nichts. Eine Frechheit!

Es handelt sich um eine Nebengebäude einer Tankstelle. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bad mit Dusche auch. Hell eingerichtet hnd nicht abgeranzt bzw. Defekt. Das Personal ist freundlich und Hilfsbereit. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
