Die Rezeption war bei unserer Ankunft nur durch das Servicepersonal des Bistros mitbetreut. Mehr als die Übergabe des Schlüssels war nicht möglich. Die über den Online-Check in abgefragten persönlichen Daten mussten nochmal handschriftlich eingetragen werden. Zimmer 1 im EG liegt genau gegenüber der Rezeption und am Durchgang zu den öffentlichen Toiletten des Restaurants. Durch das Fenster kann man von draußen hineinsehen und ins Bad vom Gebäude gegenüber. Das Zimmer ist schön renoviert aber recht klein. Ablage für Koffer nicht vorhanden und auch vom Platz her nicht möglich. Bad ist behindertengerecht und dementsprechend riesig. Beide Räume wurden trotz voll aufgedrehter Heizung nicht richtig warm. Frühstück hätte man über einen Bestellzettel „scheibengenau“ vorbestellen können. Aber nachdem wir nach der Anreise einen Milchkaffee im Bistro getrunken hatten, der uns gar nicht geschmeckt hat, haben wir uns für das Frühstück in einer anderen Location entschieden. Mir rätselhaft wie eine Kaffeerösterei es schafft, so etwas anzubieten. Das Personal im Bistro war sehr nett und der Kuchen war zwar sehr durchgezogen aber trotzdem lecker. Der Check out wurde, vermutlich vom Chef, recht emotionslos vorgenommen. Gefragt wie wir den Aufenthalt fanden wurden wir nicht. Ich würde trotz der zentralen Lage und des kostenlosen Parkplatzes nicht nochmal buchen. Fazit: kein Hotel, eher Gästezimmer, zu laut, zu kalt, zu unpersönlich.
