The overall hotel was great, the food and staff were wonderful! I wish they had more adult only entertainment. The beach and ocean being feet away and watching the planes land and take off was really special though! I would definitely recommend staying here unless you are highly allergic to cats as there were many around the property but if you can get away with just some allergy meds, the view and sunsets are incredibly worth it!

All staff member were courteous and friendly. Pools were well designed with amazing views. Food choices are great and Azul is amazing. I stayed at ocean point and the other section of resort is easily accesible-1 or 2 minute walk. Beach is easily accessible and crystal clear. If I were to knitpick, the property managers are not doing their job or possibly constrained by finances. As some detail items are neglected. Doesn't seem like there is a daily checklist that is followed.Some missing pool tiles, some minor cleanliness in room showers. Rooms are older and don't look pristine, missing molding along floors, toilet paper holder mounted far away from bowl and not reachable. landscaping was ok, but mostly greenery. Very few flowering plants. Would book again based on food, ,drinks, amazing views and hospitality off staff. Also love the app, that tells you daily menus and incoming flights.. nighttime entertainment and pool activities just ok

Was my second time visiting Sonesta but my first time staying at the all adult Ocean point property. It definitely worth the upgrade. Having priority for certain restaurants as well worth it. The staff was great. They were kind and helpful. Would definitely go back for a third time

I loved the place the food is very good in all the restaurants of the place the only thing I didn't like was the fact that they only open two restaurants for dinner one does not change the menu for the whole week and the one that does have dress code you can only enter if you have a collar shirt for men my husband only carry one for this trip and the other days it was a problem with this because we didn't know it until we got to the place. The service is very good a very attentive and available staff on the other hand the room is very comfortable but it had water leaks in the ceiling this made the middle of the corridor wet all the time when we passed by and our feet got wet there was a trail throughout the room and I had to dry it with a towel myself
