This is a modern clean facility with great views, walkable to Mullet Bay beach, close to restaurants, a short drive to the Maho area and Simpson Bay. We found this to be a great location to enjoy the activities of the Dutch side of the Island.

My wife and I's second visit to Fourteen. Last year, 5 stars; this year, 4 stars. The Good: Our room had a spectacular view and was very clean. The kitchen was great for breakfast and lunch. Secure, easy parking. Convenient access to the beach and pool. The food market and several restaurants were nearby. The Bad: Our room had only two towels for a 10-day stay. No soap,one roll of toilet paper,one roll of paper towels. The washing machine worked, but the dryer didn’t. We only needed it to dry our towels. Customer service was poor. It was only available in Tower B. In Tower A, the two representatives seemed more interested in directing you to Tower B. Tower B, customer service was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting. Their main response was, "This is a condominium, not a hotel." There were no additional towels available, if we wanted our towels dried after washing, we had to walk them to Tower B to dry them. Soap and paper supplies were only available in Tower B, it was clear that getting them from the two reps there was a major inconvenience for them. Only one of the treadmills in the gym at Tower A was working.You could wait 30 to 60 minutes before it became available, then you felt guilty if you were using it while someone else was waiting. Overall, everything and everyone felt much friendlier and more efficient last year. This visit left us disappointed with the lack of attention and customer service.

It was mostly a great stay at Fourteen at Mullet Bay. The only few things that were just different than usual hotels that were used to. The bathroom door was hard to shut, but not a huge deal. They didn’t have extra shampoo and extra towels when asked at the lobby. Other than that, place was beautiful and the view was amazing.

Very modern hotel in a wonderful vacation location

Good location and very modern, clean hotel. Very nice pool with café open 6 days per week. Taxis and buses are convenient. Beaches were very nice with restaurants. Close to airport. Hotel gym was great but too hot. There was confusion in the hotel email about "airport shuttle" whcih we never found. Otherwise, imeccable service.

Nice new property. Helpful staff. Nice pool area. Close to the beach. Wish the gym was bigger with larger free weight options and a better cable machine. Also wish room came with at least 4 large bath towels versus just the 2. Otherwise very nice overall.

We wouldn’t stay at this place in the future. It was a challenge to get additional towels or to replace a pillow that was not even a pillow to start with but a decorative pillow with a cover. The apartment did not get clean daily nor properly.

Very nice property, courteous service by the front desk and staff, gorgeous views of the lagoon and ocean, very secure as well. We enjoyed the gym and sitting by the pool in between our explores of the island. Only negative was that the bathroom filled with a septic smell each time the toilet flushed, and the bed cover was pretty thin. Aside from those minor things it was a pleasant stay and I'd recommend it.
