wouldn’t stay here again. The property itself was clean, but the service fell far below what you’d expect from a place marketed as “luxury.” Almost everything comes with an extra charge, and even basic services were handled poorly. I booked an airport pickup and ended up waiting over an hour and a half, eventually needing airport staff to help me get in touch with the hotel. On my birthday, there wasn’t even a simple acknowledgement, not essential, but it says a lot about their approach to hospitality. When I ran out of essentials like toilet paper, the staff treated it as an inconvenience to bring some to my room. The concierge wasn’t helpful with local recommendations for activities or even basic things like supermarkets. Overall: clean property, but disappointing service. Not worth the price, and definitely not a luxury experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Fourteen at Mullet Bay in an ocean view room. The accommodations were clean, and the grounds were well-maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful, and I especially appreciated the concierge services for transportation, which made my experience as a solo female traveler very smooth. I felt safe throughout my stay. My driver, Thomas, was fantastic—professional and very prompt. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was dirty. The shower was missing caulking at the base so water was running onto the floor through the wall, hence lots of water damage and mold growing in the laundry room on the wall beside it. Also, have fun with the water pressure or lack there of. You have a better chance of rinsing your hair in a rain storm outside. You cant even get sand off your body. Love sxm but this was a terrible experience overall and do not recommend this place to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay! Room was clean and spacious ( we were in a studio). And the beach, ocean view from the balcony was fantastic. We had some trouble using the 2 in 1 washer/drier. We followed all the instructions but the drier never worked. The clothes stand ( to air dry in the balcony was broken). Other than that, everything was great for our one week stay. You can walk to many restaurants and the beach is a 2 minute walk. We had a rental car and always found a spot in the self parking lot. We will definitely be back.

Building itself ia top notch, the room was very clean and very well appointed, the front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Loved staying there and for sure will return.
