The spacious Penthouse is in one of the island’s most sought-after areas where you can tour, shop, dine, and more, and when you get tired, head to your private rooftop pool deck, kick back, and watch the sun setting over the horizon with an aperitif in hand.
The space:
The penthouse La Perla Sky is all about sweeping views and convenience! You’ll be able to do various activities, ranging from tennis and gym sessions to relaxing massages and private boat tours from the Marina. Of course, strolling on the Plaza in this exclusive residence and dining in select restaurants will be no less enjoyable.
The penthouse features a modern kitchen that includes all appliances needed.
There are also two options if you decide to eat in (you could order delivery or hire a private chef!): the dining room table next to the large open-plan living area and the covered table on the rooftop patio.
Each of the three bedrooms is highly comfortable and offers panoramic views. The bedrooms have air-conditioners and ceiling fans and the beds are king-size. Two of the bedrooms come with a TV, the third bedroom does not have a TV. Moreover, two bedrooms come with En-suite bathrooms, the third bathroom is apart and considerably smaller.
The Apartment also has a sizable balcony great for morning coffees, a big 65-inch smart TV, and a rooftop with a plunge pool ideal for sunbathing, al fresco dinners, and evening cocktails.

La Perfect Sky
We've stayed on St Maarten over 30 times, and La Perla Sky ranks as a favorite. The penthouse condo is Incredibly spacious, comfortable and extremely we appointed. We especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, incredible views, private rooftop pool, convenient access to restaurants and grocery as well as the secure parking. Jasmine and Enzo were very attentive. We hope to return.

Outstanding location, service, and view
Gorgeous views, spacious and well kept facility, open space with extensive decks. The concierge was outstanding, great property manager and the overall experience impeccable. Easy to the airport and easy access to both sides of the island. Never more than 20 minutes to wherever you wanted to go. They went the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and valued.

Fantastic stay!
We had such an amazing stay at La Perla Sky! Jasmine was a very kind an thoughtful host. Was always available to assist us and check in on our stay. The PH was very clean and the views with private deck are an absolute must on the island. Would definitely stay there again!
