Ground Floor, Air Conditioned Apartment In Award Winning Location
This 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor. It is open plan with a private patio and small garden which is south facing and ideal for outside dining. It has easy access to all the excellent facilities of the Old Village and it is ideal for the less mobile and/or young families. The Old Village is only 25 mins from Faro airport and is designed to reflect the 18th century style Portuguese houses – with cobbled walk ways with well established gardens that are maintained in a pristine condition. The complex is pedestrianized which lead to 3 swimming pools. There is a children’s play area, supermarket and various bars and restaurants which are open all day. There is also reassurance of 24 hr security. For keen golfers there are superb golf courses close by, with the Pinhal Course surrounding the complex. The apartment is 15 mins walk from the Marina and beach where there are lots of excellent restaurants bars and shops.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an electric kettle, and an ironing board.
